I'm 28 and known them since 2009... They have brought so many together there "little" shows they'll be remembered fondly so'll there'll alway be fan content and OG content that got impspesred by them... They legacy is more then being the forgotten 5th pcae streamer or the divided fandom but something more... But they'll be back when they find new intlgent forms of life to fight.
I specifically decided to go into an animation career so I could one day work for Rooster Teeth. I longed for the companionship I could see between some of their members. I'm still in college, and rethinking life choices. I no longer know if I truly enjoy animating, or if I was just enduring it to someday become part of a group like theirs.
Your not the only one, it was thanks to rooster teeth and there works (rwby, rvb, camp camp, etc...) that inspired me to persue animation and video games career, also both in hopes in working for rooster teeth or company similar to it. Despite all the bad stuff, part of me hopes that it will get better, then it ended, I'm not gonna forget those 8 yrs of joy rooster teeth gave me I'm gonna miss them a lot😢🎉🎉🎉
All I want to say is- please don’t give up on your dream just because rooster teeth is closing. There’s still plenty of other companies that would love to have talent like yours on their team.
I'm sorry to bring this up, but did you know that RT had a habit of doing shady sponsors like better help? I'm not mad, but if you do know, I like to hear how you forgave them?

I'm really going to miss RT. Their shows gave me so many good memories. I'm glad that RWBY will live on, so we won't lose everything. I don't think my heart could've handled that since RWBY is one of my favorite shows.

Holy crap, I tried to think back to when I first watched Red vs Blue… the first episode was actually the Red Team doing the Turkey shoot with Grif on the cliff. That had to be almost 20 years ago… To think back to all the laughs, all the memories, it sucks to think it’s over for Roosterteeth. But I thank the guys and gals who made it happen for all they did. Something isn’t beautiful because it lasts, it’s beautiful because you know it’ll end someday. Thanks, RT! We’ll see you on the respawn! ❤❤❤
I wasn't watching from the beginning, I caught wind of Red vs Blue after they'd wrapped up the fifth season. But man what a journey it's been, following the Blood Gulch crew story going so far beyond how it started; and then falling in love with the world of Remnant. I really don't have the words to express how important Roosterteeth's work is to me, I'm just grateful to have been a fan of it. I'm sorry that things are ending like this, but at least Red vs Blue is getting a proper send-off and RWBY's story will likely continue onward :,-)

As for RWBY, their fate is unknown, but hope remains that their journey will continue as talks for acquisition enter their later stages. It may now be time to say goodbye to Rooster Teeth and many of the shows it gave us. But their legacy lives on. The archive will store the content they created after the site and the app go down on May 15th, RvB can still be found on digital markets, and RWBY might be able to tell the story to its proper conclusion beyond the limitations RT had in its final years under WBD.

I didn't know of RoosterTeeth's existence until 2015 via a friend. I'm actually glad she mentioned to me, otherwise I would've been in the complete dark about all the wonderful series the company made up to this point. But all we can really do is Keep Moving Forward and one day, I hope we will all cruise down Blood Gulch Avenue together. Thank you once again RoosterTeeth.

10 years of me following them. RWBY particularly. Enhanced existing friendships following RT did. Went to RTX London, met y0ur0nlymate. Went to MCM Comic Con 2019, met the voices of Team RWBY and Sun themselves Sadness as well as anger and resentment about why this has happened manifested in me. I've wanted the people responsible to suffer, to not be alive anymore, I've not wanted to be alive anymore. At least RWBY has hope now. Find all its stuff a new home. I think of revenge in part because that's how I've felt everyone should feel. But hey, what good did it do? None. If anything where all those IPs go, hope the new homes are great themselves.
After RT's general decline over the years, I thought I'd be more apathetic about them. Videos like this though, remind me why I fell in love with this dumb production company in the first place. They didn't have all good moments, but the good we did get was really damn good, and I wouldn't trade their time with us for anything else in the entertainment industry
It's their own fault & own mismanagement and their own bulshit that they went under Is it sad? yes Is it deserved for a company that was mismanaged to the ground with so much controversy attached to it?
