This year the Rooster Teeth Community once again went above and beyond the call to raise an absolutely amazing amount of money for the Extra Life Charity and Dells Children's Hospital in Austin Texas. The community raised over $1.2 Million and the final number from merch and all is still to come.
Thank you so much to Jack, Cati, and Chad for putting on an awesome event this year. It was a lot of fun to watch.

In a lot of ways it seems Geoff sees Jack as the brother he never had. Even Burnie mentioned back when he did podcast that Geoff and Jack have a special friendship.
Broheimer yeah special friendship, ever since geoff got divorced they’ve been super “special friends”.
And it's that thing where those you love get hurt the most when you are hurting, I think Jack faced the brunt of the bad shit with Geoff's drinking because he is the closest and most loved but Geoff can healthily express the good and bad without booze or losing control of anything.
It's great to see him grow. He may actually be the mature parent in the Milly Geoff relationship now.

Yeah this is sobriety number one and it’s so sweet to see. Geoff finally expressing appreciation for a friend who he never really did so for even though they are basically brothers. So sweet to see Geoff and Jack finally expressing love for each other like this. Tears.

Sober Geoff is the best Geoff on a personal as a human level. But he used to be way funnier before but in no way should his health be put at risk for entertainment value. I am truly happy for the decisions he has made

What Ryan did is inexcusable and vile, and he deserves far worse consequences than I suspect he'll get, but don't let him hurt you still more by breaking your trust in everyone else as well. Sure there's a chance that what you say may be the case, but there's also a very real chance Jack is genuinely quite pure. If we always assume the worst, we'll just always be miserable. I like the phrase: Hope for the best, plan for the worst. You have contingency plans so you aren't adrift when things go wrong, but you still have enough trust to put yourself out there and maybe find great things.

This is why I’m glad as the community grew older they came to realise how perfect jack is for AH.. he’s not the “boring one” at all which some people used to called him.. I’ve always loved jack in AH content and I’m so glad he stuck to it
To be honest Jack was pretty unbearable in the beginning. His rudeness was not enjoyable to hear, but he got so much better over the years.

Jack is one of those guys where I wasn’t the biggest fan of him, but over the years he has became one of my favorites
Same he is an amazing person he is like the mother of the group
I think that, at least in my case, it's because over the years, you get to realize that he loves that company more than just about anyone else and puts 100% into everything. He has a wife, pets, livestreams, runs the Charity events, runs the live events, is usually their "ambassador" when they're going somewhere, still records with the crew, and doesn't lose an ounce of energy.
Can we as a community please do what we can to remind Geoff and Jack of this moment here. Get this video in front of them to remind them of what they really are and what they really represent. These two guys built AH together, it all starts with them, and they have taken a difficult blow with the recent abuse of their platform. Please find videos and moments like this and do what you can to put it in front of them, just for the sake of showing them what good the thing they've made can do in the face of the unfortunate circumstance they're in now.
All the jokes, all the crudeness, all the killing each other in games....These two are quite possibly some of the truly best and most loving pair of humans at this company, and I certainly hope that Millie is aware how amazing her Uncle Jack is and how pure and good of a man that he is. More men should strive to be like Jack, and even the love Jack gets doesn''t feel like enough, for how genuine this man comes across.

I've been a Achievement Hunter fan since day 1. Legit I watched the Burnout Paradise Achievement guide when it came out. I saw Michael,Ray and Gavin all get hired. I've seen Achievement Hunter grow from it's Infancy to now. As much as Geoff was the leader Jack is and always will be the heart. There is no Achievement Hunter without Jack. This speech is the most perfect thing Geoff could have said to him.

Geoff truly is fortunate to have met Jack, because if there is anybody who would continue to support him and forgive him for his past behavior and actions, it'd be Jack. Abstaining from alcohol was the best decision Geoff will have ever made as without a doubt, it would have impacted his family and friends and the alcoholism obviously wasn't good for his physical health either. While drunk Geoff had his funny moments, sober Geoff will be a much better boss, father, lover, and friend.
It did impact his family and friends. His daughter didn't want to talk to him at one point. It got very serious before he stopped and it was actually hard to watch because Geoff has always been one of my favorites. At his worst he stopped being Geoff. It's great to see him back to who he was but even better that he took the risk of putting himself out there and expressing things that probably haven't come across well throughout the best couple of years before he was sober in particular
In light of recent events... this hits the heart even harder than it did then
Geoff is seriously the best example of someone learning and growing. He used to be an absolute horror but now he has learned and grown enough to reform and has worked hard to reconcile his past grievances

I feel like jack is the glue holding AH together. After seeing what his and Michael's video you can tell he really treats AH like less of a business and more of a family and i like that because from what i learned with the creatures and cow chop is alot of times these types of things end up going sour so its nice to see someone like jack and geoff manage to handle a business while keeping the group tight.

Man, Jack's growth during his years in AH is amazing, I went from being annoyed by him in videos to wishing he was in let's plays he missed. Even then I respected him a lot since his commitment was amazing, however he really started to shine once he embraced extra life, you can see how much it means to him and to the people in roosterteeth.
It says a lot about a man who seems happier when helping others, being with his projects or even playing support in pretty much every class style game.
And Geoff, man I loved him from the start, Griff was my favored RvB character and I always admired him with Millie, I started to watch him when I was 22 and loved his crazy drunk stories, at 37 I still do, but I can relate to him on other things, like when he finally quit drinking and started loving life a bit more.
In any case, thanks Gents, you are awesome human beings.

It’s nice to see moments like these to remind us that these guys really are friends. They are entertainers and do sort of have “characters” they play so seeing these guys be real just makes it feel so much more heartwarming.

So many years ago I watched RvB...I watched them grow from a simple old machinima style series of videos into this amazing and fantastic company with so many amazing people and so much more amazing content, doing so much good for people around them, bringing entertainment to so many, inspiring so many people, being just amazing people. It's been a hell of time with Rooster Teeth, AH, Let's Play, etc. I love everything about these people, and everything they have done. Thank you for all these years of entertainment, and being the most amazing people you possibly could be.
Jack has received a lot of shit from the community over the years. Everyone just heaped insults on his head. Especially when Ryan became an integral part of AH, Jack was seen as the most disliked Gent. Its a shame. And it seems in these more somber times for RT, people are reflecting on what made this company good, and Jacks importance can not be understated. Without Jack, there is no AH.
I’ve been watching RoosterTeeth/AH content for a very long time now... in the beginning I always thought of Jack as my least favorite member of the group but as I’ve gotten older I’ve come to respect and admire the man for everything he does.
In a literal zombie apocalypse, these two would fight back-to-back until the very end, like real men. This is a moment of absolute quintessence; the very purest sight of platonic love between men. This is the likes of which valor is forged and forever imprinted upon space-time.

Jack was for sure one of my least favourites at AH as an on-screen personality in terms of pure entertainment value BUT it's always been clear as fucking day how good a person he is. The man has always been a god damn rock for everyone else in that room and was hugely underappreciated by everyone, including me as a fan, for years and years.

First series I consistently watched on RoosterTeeth was the Halo Horse Series around 2010. I was about 11 years old. Watched almost every video until 2015-2016. Dreamed about working at RoosterTeeth as kid. Fell off the past couple of years after Ray left and the content started to not feel like friends just playing a game together and more like a job. I check in every once and again, usually just to watch old videos, and this made me cry.
If someone wants to make a Jack and Geoff montage than this clip better be in it

I never like how people hate on Jack or anyone else. This company has such an appeal because, besides Gavin lmao, they are all such normal people who just happen to love video games and they turned that simple love into something so wholesome and great and it’s touched so many of our lives. Geoff is my favorite member and always has been but Jack has been there through the years adding in his own charm. It’s fun seeing people with such a joy for video games, it makes me feel as if I’m playing with a bunch of my friends. Glad to see a moment like this you can see how much it meant to Jack when Geoff said all of this

This is why it's so important to have a friend like Jack. Someone you can truly talk to and express yourself too. Too many guys now have friendships that doesn't have stuff like that cause of some pointless toughness they want to keep but of course for some too it can be difficult to do guy to guy talk with stuff like what Geoff when through but it's so heartwarming he was able too talk to someone about it. Honestly who knows where he could have been now if he couldn't do that. You could just tell with the way he slightly tighten the hug 1:01 just how much Jack truly means to him

I haven't watched a ton of Achievement Hunter content but I sometimes noticed hate towards Jack in the comment sections of the early Minecraft episodes. I never really understood it. Then I started realizing that he was also getting hate on other series and the podcast. And while I can understand people disagreeing with some of the things he said or just not finding him very entertaining, I think the level of hate he got was unfortunate, even if it mostly just came from a vocal minority.
