Super Bowl Stufffed Crust SUPREME PIZZA with White Sauce // Step by Step❤️

- Once you start making your own homemade stuffed crust pizza you will never want to do it any other way. In this video, i show you how to make a delicious white sauce and dough. We love Super Supreme pizza because it has all the ingredients we love, but you can pick your own and top it with all the ingredients you love.
This pizza bakes in about 10 minutes and it doesn’t get better than that. If you choose to use a red pizza sauce instead of a white one, you can do that too. I hope you give this recipe a try. ❤️

BAKE 500° Approx 10 Minutes
DOUGH INGREDIENTS--------------------------
2 1/2 C. All purpose Flour
2 tsp Sugar
1 package Instant Dry Yeast (2 1/4 tsp)
1 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp Dried Basil leaves
1/2 tsp Garlic powder
2 Tbs Extra virgin Olive Oil
1 C. warm water (about 100)
Olive oil for bowl
SAUCE INGREDIENTS-------------------
2 1/2 Tbs Butter
2 Tbs All purpose flour
1 1/2 C. WHOLE MILK
2 Finely minced Garlic cloves
1/8 tsp Ground Nutmeg
1/3 C. freshly grated Parmesan cheese
Salt if needed
pepper flakes as needed (optional)
SAUSAGE INGREDIENTS---------------
1 Lb. Sweet Italian Sausage
1/2 tsp Crushed fennel Seed
1/2 tsp Crushed Basil
1/2 tsp Onion Powder
Salt as needed
Pepper as needed
EXTRAS FOR TOPPING_________________
●Mushroom slices (I used Baby Bella)
● Orange Bell Pepper as needed
● Purple Onion thin slices as needed
● Pepperoni slices as needed
● Pineapple Chunks as needed (optional)
● Fresh Baby Spinach as needed
● Thin mozzarella strips as needed for crust

It's so yummy 😋 it's like making ur very own Alfredo sauce. You will love ❤it trust me! I'm a fan of white sauce than over and red sauce. You don't have to worry about acid flux or adding sugar to cut the acidity. 😅

Rachel, Sautee the mushrooms first with a little garlic and olive oil. It gives them more flavor and eliminates any excess moisture. Yum.

I love a good white sauce on a pizza. I love this recipe because if you leave something out (bell pepper due to allergy, etc.) there is still so much goodness there to enjoy the lovely homemade pizza.
Think of all the variations you could do with the base crust and the sauce. I love the idea of putting basil in the crust. You always drive me crazy when you eat your end product because it makes me so hungry!

Genius to use the parchment to transfer but then remove after a few minutes for better crust browning! Best of both worlds. This is so much better than cornmeal on the bottom because I don't like the mouthfeel of grainy cornmeal on the bottom of my pizza!
