I bought one in color black. I think it was maybe a mistake. It’s not as nice as he says. It almost sucks, especially the shoulder straps. It feels cheap. It doesn’t have a single admin pocket with zipper. Though it’s cheap. That’s the only advantage.

Yes. This will fit large level 4 shooter cut Hesco plates.

Sadly it does not come with any type of plates. It does fit Large Hesco plates though.
