The Western Cape in South Africa has seen a phenomenal amount of snow in the past week. News stations report that this is the most amount of snow we've had in 30 to 40 years.
It is extremely beautiful, but many people put themselves in danger by venturing into the snowy mountains without the correct equipment and vehicles.
This is the last sweep we did during the night time, to be sure we didn't miss anyone or leave someone behind. Afterwards the rescue services and local Police met up with us to find out exactly what the conditions is like up on the mountain and if there's any cars/people left on the mountain.
We are extremely overwhelmed by being flooded with literally 100's of amazing comments/messages on CZcams, Instagram and TikTok.

Well done, as someone who is planning a trip soon in the eastern cape with my 4x4, does lowering tyre pressure help in the snow?
Thank you 😁 It does help yes, especially when using all terrain tyres. It only helps a certain amount though, not as much as in sand, but I would recommend deflating them. Depending on your brand of tyre, I would suggest between 1bar to 1.3bar. Enjoy the trip, should be lots of fun.
