- We are going to make July our month of side dishes starting with The Perfect Coleslaw Recipe foe BBQ. This one is so perfectly balanced with the perfect combination of sweet, heat, tartness and tang. This is so addictive that you'll want to eat it by itself.

Recipe
6 Cups Green Cabbage (thinly sliced/shredded)
1 Cup Red/Purple Cabbage (thinly sliced/shredded)
1 Cup Yellow Onion (thinly sliced)
1 Cup Celery (thinly sliced)
10 Mini Sweet Peppers (cored & thinly sliced)
.25 Cups Vegetable Oil
.25 Cups White Wine Vinegar
.25 Cups White Sugar
1 tsp kosher Salt
.5 tsp Mustard Seed, Black Pepper, Crushed Red Pepper
Mix cabbage, onions, celery and Peppers
Mix and heat oil, vinegar, sugar, salt, mustard seeds, black pepper and crushed red pepper until sugar/salt is fully dissolved.
Pour heated mixture over the cabbage mix and toss until fully coated.
Can be eaten immediately but best when refrigerated 4 hours to overnight.
Drain slightly before serving and enjoy. - Zábava
