Nicholeen, your words speak right to my heart. Thank you for sharing your expertise in a way that I can relate to. I was also a strong-willed teen with dominating parents that I liked to constantly be in the power struggle with. Now as a parent, I realize how frustrating this was for them. I hope and pray this discovery of your toolkit is a turning point for me as a parent. ❤️ I always find I’m having to yell at my 4 year old ... I recently enrolled her in soccer and I noticed she doesn’t listen unless the coach is stern with her... I don’t want this to be how I parent and I realized something needs to change... I have another 8 month old girl and another mystery baby on the way. I hope and pray any damage with my rage can be undone.
