Something a little different - a full episode of the Fox Kids Countdown from February 23, 1997! Experience the hype for Marvel's Thunderbolts comic, the first issue of which is advertised three times during this show! Rock out to the newly introduced Fox Kids anthem! Sadly never knew about this show back when it was around and probably wouldn’t have gotten to listen to it much since my family goes to church on Sundays. Still though this is a very interesting time capsule. Glad you were able to archive one of these broadcasts. 😁

Damn! It even became Fox all Access after Fox Family Countdown??!! Man I need to listen to every episode. It really does make me feel like I've taken back in time. It's so nostalgic.

I’m not surprised that “Weird Al” Yankovic was consistently ranked number one on a Kids’ radio countdown, but I’m a bit surprised that Cavity Search was the song from Bad Hair Day they used. Was Amish Paradise too heavy for them?

I guess? This is a really weird countdown! "Wannabe" by Spice Girls was number 1 on the billboard chart and you'd obviously think it'd be on here, right? Nope! I don't even know if this is the right countdown for 1997!
