I know I come a bit late now but for anyone else. Looking at flashing light : 4 long 1 short -> error code 41 = Fuel pump relay: circuit fault or input signal too low/high
Well, that Error could make many things, in your case fuel pump,if someone have this problem,first of all when u turn on IGN u could hear if fuel pump is working or not,my problem on KTM Super Duke 990 was Fuel injectors.So it could be few thing regarded with fuel.Pump,injectors,fuel hose,sometimes pump may work, but preshure on same could be low and u could have problems also from time to time,even low battery could cause problems.All of this i found out when i had my problem.That problem is gone, now i am fixing every 3 moths Fraj Lauf...And it seems that part is like unfixable,new one cost over 1000e and they give waranty 1 year,repareted one they give waranty 6 months...It is a nightmare rly.

I had to change the fuel pump.
