2) as a "public figure" a "global influencer" she is misusing her power to rebuild sam's and his work image. Blinks went after so many idols , whom they slut shamed dragged down and what not so, now people are just using those standards to judge jennie.
5) Jennie giving not even bare minimum performances in her own concert yet pouring her heart and soul in for those 2 mins is erickism for some fans and they are just expressing their opinion.

@@inevitabletrash3938 i read all your points and i can see where the backlash is coming from, however, i think is not really based on those topics but more about the misogyny and hate comments she has been constantly facing over the past years… My comment did not want to defend her choice of commitment to the show, but wanted to highlight how her character and her involvement isnt really the main problem there… The backlash you talked about affected only the women of the show and did not drag the men behind it. Also, i disagree with your understanding of the show’s aim. I do not think the show is justifying or glamorizing those topics, but is actually showing the audience how toxic the environment is… a story does not need to be right in order to be told correctly, i think its soon enough to jump to conclusions, hopefully the main character gets her revenge and becomes strong and powerful on her own.
I understand those criticising her for participating in the show due to the problematic dialogue around SA. But those slut shaming her over playing a sexy character as a GROWN WOMAN need to grow up.

As a old blink I hate to say it but…I think blackpink is best on there own now…when they were young they were loud, bright and a good but I think Jisoo should stay as an Actres and sing on her free time, Jennie as an influencer, Lisa as a dancer, and Rosie as a song writer and singer. I think Rosie’s songs have better and deeper meanings. So I think they show just part ways😊
