    Thank you for checking out the install video. If you found this video helpful or informative, Subscribe and hit that Thumbs Up. I took a slightly different approach on this install by doing a sound comparison between stock exhaust, no exhaust and lastly the SC Project exhaust.
    Here is a timestamp reference if you’re just interested in watching the detailed installation. If you’d like to help the channel, I’d recommend watching straight through. 🙂
    All three comparison:
    0:00-1:13
    No Exhaust Sound Clip:
    4:12-4:48
    SC Project Exhaust:
    11:15-12:20

    This video doesn’t do the real sound any justice. I was so impressed with the termis before on the monster, then Comp Werkes came with the fire pops and even gruntier sound. But for some reason SC Projects sounds perfect on both the Monster and the Hyper. 🙌🙌

    • @ClutchFirst
      @ClutchFirst  Před 5 lety

      LifewithAnnaBee Both bike sound good but I think the Monster has a slight edge since the engine has been broken in. 🙂

      @@ClutchFirst i have no idea what it is, actually. It was on it when I bought it...probably an eBay special slip-on. I looked out of curiosity, and SC Project doesn't make a specific slip-on or system for the GSX-R750 😏 I've been eyeing a Brock's system for a while, but full systems are so expensive! 😞

While changing out the exhaust is NOT high on my list, but because I tend to plan ahead: since I live in California the cat needs to remain; do I need to do any remapping with slip-on carbon pipes? This is the 2nd video of yours that I've watched in 24 hours - you definitely are the tutor sort - very nice presentations!

      lenard ggor I’m a big fan of Termis and I have a set for the Monster. After using both exhaust I can tell you that you will notice a significant difference in weight and performance gain with the SC Project. Tone wise, both are equally good. The Termis tend to have a bit of a warmer feel and the SC Project is a deep screamer.

      Oh yeah! I subscribed the moment I bought my 939 about a month ago. Thanks for the quick response! Yea I was first looking at going with the official Ducati UpMap but they don’t sell it individually, you have to get it with the Termi race exhaust which is $2700 before taxes 😱. It could be different for me though being that I live in Cali and the emissions laws are crazy strict, but that’s what they told me at the Ducati dealership. If you know of a way I could get my hands on a Ducati race UpMap let me know. From what I understand you just quickly plug it in to the ecu download the race map and unplug it. My second option was def gunna be the RapidBike. I just gotta save up some more $$$ because I would have to have a professional install it. I looked at the instructions and the install is way outta my league especially since you have to remove the gas tank.

      @@ClutchFirst im thinking about buying a monster 796 and putting on either a sc project or a akrapovic slip on. I just dont want my bike to be too loud because 1. that would annoy on long trips (I already get that with my wr125 with pretty loud exhaust) 2. my neighbours will complain because they always complain about everything and 3. I live in the netherlands so they have to have a eu4 approved dampening or they will absolutely destroy you with tickets or even make it so you are not allowed to ride the bike anymore and have to get a check at some place. those checks are usually pretty expensive and you would have to mount the oem exhaust again and make sure EVERYTHING is right because otherwise they will just say it is still not legal and have to come back. (yes the netherlands kinda sucks in that way)
