What Does An Exhaust Leak Sound Like? // Before & After // 22R

One of the studs securing the exhaust manifold worked it's way out, causing a bad exhaust leak. I thought it'd be a good time to show what the difference sounds like.
I had suspected there was a slight exhaust leak prior to this occurring. Mostly a loss of power.

What is your idle set at? I have a 22R and set it to 750 per the manual. It sounds much slower at idle than this.

I have a visible crack in my 22r exhaust manifold and it sounds like this, sounds like ticking and garbage, do you reckon that is a factor? I also have a few other questions if you wouldn’t mind

That definitely sounds like a factor. I'd get that fixed asap, you'll notice a big difference.

My truck sounds like this but only in reverse and the steering wheel shakes like crazy

When you had the leak, did the sound go away once your engine got warm? Nice job
