My car was fine yesterday but today it literally sounds like a damn chopper now or a motorcycle 🏍️. It’s so so loud but the sound stops when I just let go of the gas peddle. Once I press the gas again the sound is back and loud as hell. Could a exaust leak be the issue still ?

My car got louder,without any modifications.When I crawl/squat beside the car whille runnig, I hear hissing Sound.I passed inspection but I have nox-sensor Codes thrown when I use Carly.
The exhaust system has to be sealed completely especially before the cats and o2 sensors. You will get those and other emission related codes if the system has a leak, even a small leak.

Not usually, mostly exhaust flumes. If you smell gas get it checked out fast as it could be a leak somewhere and can be dangerous.
@@Motorcarnut i think my timing chain is fucked up, i got it replaced recently at a shitty mechanic recently. i smell gas on the oil stick and i've been having gas fumes coming from my ac vents, it might be a fuel pressure regulator issue or clogged injectors. thank you for the reply! i took it into a dealership to be inspected.
Dealer is a good idea because like I said you don’t want to mess with a fuel problem. Good luck
