while not trying to say these ways are wrong an option for your everyday kinda gal or guy is to get into a company with an ESOP. one its a good way to not have a "whats the point they make more money i dont" kinda attitude which initself is a better quality of life. two when your company does well and you have a significant amount of stock that you have earned every year you stay with the company when the bigger fish comes to buy it out youre getting a big payday. im not going into details since id rather not be held for ransom but my dads company which he had a very decent amnt of stock in sold for 500m and he is an engineer, now project manager. being an engineer was already a well paying job but the right company is key over job title :) !

Don't mean this in an offensive way, believing in God won't help you become Richer or Poorer, but being dedicated will

Notice how none of these people (that Iâve heard) are doctors or lawyers. Most of them have middle class jobs however they allocated their funds towards things like real estate investments.
Yes! This is a great thing to have noticed!
Doctors and Lawyers (and other people with high *salaries* ) tend to suffer from lifestyle inflation, one of the greatest impediments to wealth preservation
@@maloxi1472 Ain't that the truth. I've known several doctors that make great money but are always broke. A lot of it comes from making no money to suddenly making a lot of money rather than building up more gradually. They think they're rich and start living like it.

If you buy new cars, keep them for 15 to 20 years. We buy Toyotas new or up to 4 years old, take care of them, and keep them 15 to 20 years.

âDonât change your standard of living when you get a raiseâ I tell this to everyone I know and they all look at me like Iâm crazy.
and you can look at them like they're fools when they ask how you ended up a millionaire đ
I turned 21 two days ago, I will be one of the millionaires speaking on this show by my early 30âs.
whats your plan
Justin Well my plan changes all the time honestly. I wanted to grow my canvas ecom business big but Facebook ads are so inconsistent so that dream was crushed. I am an electrician though so I plan on creating my own electrical company because there is a lot of potential if you are a smart businessman as well as a good electrician. I plan on getting my first rental property in the next few years here.
Justin Or instead of rental properties I might just do value adds and flip houses (since I can save money on the electrical, which is normally expensive). Iâll most likely do that.
Justin the electrical company I work for right now specializes on custom mansions, so I normally ask the home owners for one piece of advice for a 20 year old wanting to do big things. That helps me out and also seeing the mansions and all the cars keeps me really motivated and inspired.
@@ExoticTuber it sounds like you have a decent idea as to what you want to do, flipping real estate is a good way to make money too, especially if youre willing to do some work by hand. Idk what its like where you live but for me if the house is my primary residence then it's tax free. As for ecommerce, theres lots of ways to make money in that, and you can scale pretty easily to millions of dollars a year if you know what youre doing, but if you planned on doing dropshipping then good luck, its not like it was in 2018.
If I were you, id look into doing some real estate wholesaling. It doesnt require money, you can make good money, it will teach you how to determine what is truly a good deal and you can get a big network of other investors and possibly a mentor. Your network is your networth. Good luck in the future

So inspiring, I love hearing everyday people with their stories. It is true how some of us think we can't do it because the way the media portrays wealthy people. This gives me hope .
the "media" ? the media doesn't invent greedy wealthy people. They are everywhere just as hard working, financially responsible people are as well.
The media is full of divisive propaganda that doesn't line up with reality.

Is there a particular reason that all the millionnaires are white ? Seems like they donât rĂ©alise that other people donât get the same opportunities that they do. Food for thought.
@@Hellokitty7163 I guess that depends on the projected motive you have to insinuate something based on race. I'm willing to bet most millionaires in Hong Kong are Asian. I'd also be willing to bet most millionaires in Saudi are middle eastern. Unfortunately, to continue to answer your question, here in America all cultures do no perform equally. The Asian community here generally as a whole experience "white privilege" more than other races since they more often have a two parent house-hold, are far less likely to be on drugs, lower incidents of crime and incarceration, are more likely to become a college graduate and experience higher incomes per capita than other races here. The problem is sometimes culture can hold a whole group of people down and when you're not allowed to address that problem without extreme criticism and blow-back than there is very little you can do to change it from the inside to help.
Also, this is America buttercup, everyone has opportunity here no matter what race you are. You should see if you can think of any institutional privilege afforded to only white people. Then, let us know. Food for thought.
@@dennisgarage9028 Caucasians get approved for loans more than African Americans...it's a fact. Not always because of credit...it was hard to swallow when it happened infront of my eyes. I use to live blindly thinking racism is not so much an issue. It systematic and embedded in the system.

I like the caller at 17:00. About 7 years ago I stopped being so much of a fool. I stopped buying expensive clothes, having too many expensive hobbies and just living under my means. Iâm no where near a millionaire but the past 7 years of being smart set me up to own 2 businesses without taking on debt to do so. God bless you Dave your helping so many people with your videos
Great story first one from Kenny, who turned the focus on improving the lives of employees!
I just turned 21, and started saving about 1.5 months ago and doing everything. Just stopped myself from purchasing a new car which would be $399 a month over 73 months. I make roughy $25000 net and also a full Time college student studying industrial engineering technology. I have 1.5 more years and I alt for school with cash and no student loans. Saving around $1k-1200 a month and it feels so good :))!
Wow I just loved it listen to the millionaires and how they did that and simple life and being contentent! Godliness and contentment is great gain! I just love this thank you Dave!
I like how he mentions being in the military and becoming a millionaire. A good friend of mine was in the military for 30 years and bought 7 homes, 6 he rent out for 2k a pop; he gets 10k a month from the military til he dies; and he just retired from doing data entry at a hospital making 90k a year. Btw, the military paid for his Phd. His only vice is cars, but he's incredibly cheap elsewhere. He bargains a lot at home improvement stores and turned his modest 4 bedroom home on one acre into a 3.5k sqft home on five acres. Same address, btw. People think you have to make a million a year to be rich, but it's really a modest income plus wise investments.
I'm not sure your friends being truthful what rank was he to make 10k a month from the military in retirement? My husbands military and I know the system lol
$10K Per Month is a Great Passive Income

Money is worth nothing!!! It's a man made system! See how far you get with your money if the economy collapse,
How are they supposed to get more money out of us if they keep teaching us how to not give it all to them?
Yeah man, y?, I mean I feel like I wasted my precious tym in school studying french revolution, instead of studyng abt how to be I millionaire even more
Because u got no money then...
my high school had a personal finance class teaching about dave ramsey and other things. apparently a lot of schools have Daves curriculum, and thats a great thing
So many good gems in this session!! I'm taking notes!
The success stories that didnât begin with an inheritance of some kind. It CAN be done - recognizing the sacrifices made is a must.
finding dave as a younger viewer feels like i won the jackpot. this is the first time in my life, 24 years old, that i have goals for a new year and am EXCITED to start working towards all my debts. 5k in consumer debts will be paid off this week, 4k will be in my savings, once i hit 10k im putting all extra income on to paying off my truck, then save save save!
