Just did the water test and it went exactly as you said, and showed in your video. I actually slowed it down one level and went along with you. So much easier and not as daunting as I had heard. The knobs have changed a bit, as the steam valve is its own knob, and the vent/sealed button is on the other side of the float valve, so that made it less scary. I did shriek a tiny bit though when the steam came out, but that was just me being me! 😁 Thank you again for your help. Now I can enjoy our beautiful gift.
