      Work as hard as you can because overtime you'd get confident and get used to the intensity ur playing at also train with intensity and train how you play! Have pre match routines or if you are a Christian Pray after matches

      You just have to think that whoever comes at you, you will destroy them but you will be able to do that when you are confident enough which will come from training in the gym and on the pitch

      Bro, you’ve gotta protect yourself anyway everywhere - on the field and in life, so fear is always there, but you just must overcome it and stand your ground :) others are going to try to take you down always. Just have to push them back and be strong. Don’t be the 1st one to attack someone for no reason, but don’t hesitate to protect yourself, or they’ll be doing forever. And it only takes a couple of times to protect yourself, so they’ll know they might get kicked by you as well. And they’ll stop. But that game is never ending and you’ll have to do it every now and then.
