I have learned so much from the Roof Doctor and the crew, that back in October I purchased a gallon of super silicone sealant and repaired my leaking skylight and problem solved. I recommend it 100%. Was it Turbo Poly Seal?
The one I used was the White Super Silicone Sealant, from the same company
I use this stuff on chimney flashing, where the concrete pad meets the sill plate, on the belly band of buildings. This stuff has never failed me. Thank you for sharing this with me. I just ordered 4 more gallons yesterday.

Next time, do yourself a favor and go to your local pro roofing supply store and buy SOPREMA ALSAN, its the same thing and half the price what this guy sells it for on his website. Actually I wouldnt be surprised if this guy just buys the 5 gallon of Alsan and repackages it and sells it for triple the price.
I live in texas, and did roof repairs like you guys, i always wanted to try using that turbo poly seal, but they didnt sell it down here, i am fetired now but i checked out that stuff on line and it is perty expensive, i guess you work up north , i would love to work wirh yall on a job one day because just by watching how you do things i have nothing but respect for the kind of eork you do. Good job on finding and fixing the leak but please use gloves! Infections and injuries are not worth it, good cleaner!

Where do you buy that specific turbo poly seal at???
My flat roof they only install drain pipe that is only maybe 1-1/2 inch and gets plugged up by a huge trees needles. Has not filter or screen so I’m going to put in bigger drain and pipe. Suggestions anyone? All four are plugged up and lots of puddling on my nice roof.
