  • Hi Everyone, most of these hydrangeas I purchased were on clearance. They look healthy and full now. This years blooms should be quite showy! The begonias and mulch finish off the flowerbed. By summer, this area will look even better. How about the Oklahoma Redbud Tree?! Isn't it beautiful. Thank you so much for stopping by. :)

Absolutely beautiful! I am very new to gardening! I've always had a little vegetable garden, but this year I am going for flowers and plants! I am in Louisiana and our summers are so hot as well!

HI there I love the compost added its beautiful. I am going to do the same to mine thanks for the great tip do you mind me asking what type you use? My garden has the same light as yours more like morning sun and late afternoon soon but, shade mostly :) I replace my mulch every year and its such a job to take out all the mulch and replace it this way I can use it as mulch and do not have to take it out !!
