Yes I learned this at a very young age that my lower back was getting weaker bcz of excessive sitting(in school, tuition and less walking bcz of motorcycles and car traveling rather than walking) which made my body forget to activate glute muscles and my lower back had to compensate for that
On top of that I had weak core muscles and tight hamstrings
So overall this combination was deadly for my lower back

Bhai love from Bangladesh. You are very different and specific. Hopefully I will try these tricks to get better results. I have a question. Is it actually a little bit difficult to workout in winter without injury? Recently I have faced back muscle injury after doing deadlift with very small weight.
I realy thought that atleast my glutes would be in great shape because I have been excelling in horse rdiding for over 1.5 years but that was not the case. You see because of covid 19 I couldn't really go outside but fortunately I was able to go to horse riding. When I got back from riding to home I just sat down at my computer for hours not even studying and that was a waste of time. But atleast not all of my time was wasted in sitting, I swear horses they just changed my life forever. Now after I quit riding and started working out, squats felt hard like really hard I could however get that depth. But going fully down with weights took the life out of me so I did bodyweight squats, wide squats and tried lunges but I would just fall to the side while doing lunges. Now I remember in my horse riding days I used to pump out a heck ton of squats as a 'WARMUP' that too with perfect form. Not anymore man glutes have just been taking the life out of me. In squats my lower back would just die bro and don't even ask about deadlifts I could not even contract the glutes not even feel them anymore. I went to the point of almost injuring my lower back for life and I am 14. Never again, not going to neglect them cheeks. Trying like isometric holds for the cheeks🍑 very hard still. Thank you very much for the information.

Thanks for the video bhai Question: I personally prefer dumbbell squats rather then bar squats or smith machine..does that make a huge difference coz everyone prefer Bar or smith machine squats....
I also do dumbbell squats only because the bar is just too heavy for me
Plus its easier to drop the weight after failure

Very nicely explained...By the way.. Glutes is not a single muscle...it has also attachment..like gluteus medius ,minimus and maximus.and hip rotators..and G.Max is the largest and strongest.. which you have mentioned.
Looks he is talking about Gluteus maximus ,strongest is Masseter in jaw if I am not wrong always working to keep jaw closed

7:45 mera to dil dhak dhak krne lagaanki kahi fir se gaurav bhaiya pain na ukhar jaye.
I am opposite. I am glute dominant. May be because I was a fast bowler and used to do lots of sprints. I never had any back issue. But my quads never get pumped while squatting. It's always my glutes which gets pumped.

Do "glute bridge exercise" daily...and while doing it try to hold it for 5sec, then slowly inc your holding capacity..

I roger that, I was super active in sports till 21yrs of age after that got into a job, physical activity was 0 for 7.8 yrs, one day went for playing cricket and suffered from slip disc (l4 l5) on bending while picking ball 😓. The pain is still there but thoda kam h.

I am also athlete. I always do stretching before workout but still I got injured . Can I again lift the heavy weight?? Or do I have to do only functional training.
Arey bro don't stretch before workout, stretch after workouts.. bro if you stretch a cold muscle, you'll ofcourse suffer injury.
First warm-up your body then start workout. And end with stretches.
@@dwarkeshjangid4331 we can do Stretching before workout. Stretching prior to exercise allows the muscles to loosen up and become resistant to the impact they are about to undergo, thereby reducing the chance of injury

use a good ergonomic chair ...like green soul chair .... muje bhi pehle back pain rehta tha ... jabse ergonomic chair use karna start kiya hai 12 ghante ka bhi pata ni chalta ..

only females do hip thrust..but my suggestion will be men's should also start hip thrust so that they can train their gluts and that will help to improve people's scots as well

Hey Gaurav, this is a silent epidemic which is going to engulf the entire nation because of us being seated a lot. Anyway I started my training when I was 20 and deadlifts killed my knees. I am turning 26 now and with this knowledge I will certainly start with lunges.
I would encourage you to watch knees over toes guys. He is one person who has researched the most on this one.
