Vajraasan i always do 5 times a day more thn avrg of 5min when i pray Namaz coz in Namaz we'll have to sit in that posture.

Gaurav bro, a lot of people have educated on this topic previously and somewhat explained similar causes and remediation but the way u describe stuff is DIFFERENT, INTERESTING and always have an X FACTOR. I am suffering from lower back problem I dont even remember from how many years but a bit of stretching and yoga kept me going.

@@fastes2 bro don't sleep in bed start sleeping on flor bro pain will disappear, for me it got fixed bro pain will come normaly but not too much I lift very heavy weight with proper form I don't get injured again. I feel that a small mistake of not proper form will make my pain start again.

I tried baba ram dev's asan legs folded in padmasan and then lye down on back and raise body on head with legs folded in padmasan and hands touching feet. Now my lower back is in so much pain.

hi sir thanks .I have watched your video regarding lower back pain a month ago. I was facing this problem since two month. Same I was using soft mattress. I was going gym and I feel little pain in my lower back I taked it lightly one day as usual I go in gym I was doing that day my back exercises I felt little jerk in my lower back after that it start painig and I feel very bad then I watched your video and then I removed my soft Mattress and I bought plywood now i am sleeping on plywood with thin razai now I feel better and again i have started going gym thanks a lot sir your video is very helpful. we should use little hard mattresse instead of soft mattress for sleeping.🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏💥💥💥💥💥💥

Sir my problem is stomach pain start when i take 1 scoop of whey protein in post workout.
I noticed since 2 week, everytym stomach pain starts whenever taking has 1 scoop of protien. (in post workout)
Nd most important that is "STOMACH PAIN DOSE NOT OCCUR ON THE DAY WHEN I DIDN'T TAKING 1 SCOOP PROTIEN."

Heavy squats and deadlifts.. biggest culprits ! Irrespective of how good your form is the moment the weight is a bit more than your body can handle you are bound to place immense stress on your lower back. Use leg press more. Form is indeed important. Even Dorian Yates was a great advocate of leg press. Also if your core isnt strong then you would get back pain. People .. almost everyone forget to do exercises to strengthen their core.

Thank you Gaurav . I have been having lower back pain for years.. I figured out 2 reasons. 1 ) soft bed ( as u said) and 2) driving two wheeler.. ( although my father never felt while driving). One more thing , when ever i started exercising didn't feel the pain.. but whenever I discontinued say after three months.. the pain starts again.. any thoughts.?
Do you have any gastric issue if yes then you are getting pain because of gastric and also if you do excise your digestion will improve and metabolism rate is also increased don't stop exercises if you have back issues

During running I always face back pain otherwise am okk
Reason could be your foot pronation, your shoes should have a perfect foot arch support acc. To your pronation, or may be you are landing on your heel, try to land on front half foot in a stride.
This can be due to empty stomach

Back pain is a complex issue. Before applying anything on self find out what might have caused your back pain and its type. Some pain have musculoskeletal origin, some are orthopedic or may be neurogenic. Present your case to a specialist and take professional help.
These are the basic remedies brother...using these will not harm you at all for sure...agar yeh help nhi krta hai then you may consult to a doctor....

manish konwar nope basic medicines like nsaids and muscle relaxant are usually prescribed by physiotherapists and if it goes away its okay otherwise they get an x-ray scan and proceed further.. they don't straight away goto all the tests.
