Could you please explain the difference between post-workout protien and BCAA in terms of the effect towards the muscle?
around 6years back at school time...i fall from a pull up bar..n i got too bad pain in my lower back and then i left pullups..now since1month i started doing exercises back at gym..n really guys believe me..m feeling much better comfort at my back...this guy has very good knowledge..thnks sir for helping others.
I do add hyper extension. it really reduces lower back pain for me. don't know about science behind it. @gurumann sir, can u please comment on hyper extension for lower back ?

Hello guru sir I am following your workout programs from past few months and results are phenomenal. However this week while doing heavy squats I hurted my lower back ,pain has reduced now,have been visiting a chiropractor in Bangalore from last 2 days.However I am not able to understand whether the pain is caused by muscle tear or disc pain.Can you pls advice on the same.
The chiropractor has told that I can start upper body workout from next week upon examination however no leg or back workout/miltary press for few weeks..what's your take on it..as I am literally looking forward for going back to gym and resuming my normal workout

I am having now.. and I had to go hospital to get doctor consult. now He stopped me to doing exercise or gave me a heavy painkiller tablet since 3 days ago. but I don't think it will be longer.. it will be temporary while getting tablet. now I will start taking your guidance from today. because I came to know I did wrong while abs and deadlift. love u guru.. u r awesome..

Bhai mere ko L4,L5 disc bulg hai but I never gave up to gym even I got a penetrating pain ,went to a neurologist he gave me a steroid shot but I didn't lost long and then I switched to exercises at gym and they r helping me a lot.so thnx guru Mann u opened my eyes and for u guys never give up gym wat ever may happen.make India fit and hit.

because of high doses of painkillers I had a thick layer of fat around my waist...

Today i have helped one person in my office who is suffering from the pain of Disk Slip and cant walk properly for past one year or so. Because of your gyan, I told him that you need to seek chiropractor for proper treatment. Needless to mention that he is also taking injections prescribed by the doctor.

And after watching this video, I searched Chiropractor in India and I found one in Gurgaon itself "Dr. Harish Grover", quite near to me. I met him and got huge relief. Thanks a lot once again SIR. And doing a noble work to make India fit.
There are some other Chiropractors as well in Bangalore and Pune, which I got to know during Google search.
