I'm NOT gonna bust on you for not already pulling the oil pan. I WILL applaud you for removing it BEFORE you flipped the engine upside down. This keeps all the gack laying in the bottom from falling into your reciprocating assembly. BRAVO! Keep up the good work.

Another fantastic video. Sorry about the microphone issue. I had a 68 Chevy k30 dump truck that had a pto wrecker winch on the front. I love the simplicity of the 67-72 trucks.
Those mics aggravated me pretty bad, so I have a new set showing up tomorrow!

You may want to check that small block and make shore it is drilled out for the clutch linkage there is a bolt with a ball cast on it that treads in the block right buy the oil filter mount and bellhousing a lot of blocks were not drilled out because they were for use in automatics it is alot easier to drill out of the truck, askme how i know, good luck

I’m 47 and have been told since I was 16 that 4-bolts are for selling…2-bolts are for building.
Umm that's the other way around. Also 2 bolts are for juice, 4 bolts are for boost.
4 bolts can handle much higher horsepower builds.
In my defense, I got the impression that you were done with the engine in the last video. In fact, you were done with the top end. I never ever have harassment in mind when I leave a comment. Love the video and the progress on Clyde.
Also I seen some folks use a winch mounted somewhere in the garage. I don’t think it’ll work in your garage though
