I am surprised with so many people critiquing videos while propped up at CZcams not do it them self. Those people have to learn the three way to do a job “the wrong way, the right way and my way to get the job done.
Love the little girls participation!!! Both my girls grew up with dad the GM wrench, being involved since they were 2. both girls grew up to hot rods, racetracks, towing and retrieval. Keep up the good work! I'm 71 yrs old now but still love building old cars, still have a 65 chev Imp SS drag car and a 57 chev b210 2dr post to get done!
Brother I prefer channels like yours. I’m 63 and work by myself on my projects. Having a crew of trained people working on vehicles is easy, figuring out how to pull a body off a chassis then dragging the chassis out of your way in a 24X24 shop makes life interesting.
My wife and I love your channel! You have reminded me that there are still some good ol boy ,old school mechanics like I was back in the 70s! We didn't have many power tools and had to use the old school pointer torque wrenches! We love seeing your daughter and wife working with you! Don't listen to the gripy keyboard warriors!
When you dropped the wrench and said this would be a good time for the little one. You know when she is needed she is chasing butterflies not butter fingers. You are a beast setting a motor by yourself. Last one I put a motor in we used two under the truck one over the engine and one on the host. Still did not do as well as you.
Always waiting on parts. I swear that’s all I do. And it never fails you get in super deep and you find out you need another part and have to wait another week to do a 10 minute job.
Is always nice to have a helping hand while putting a motor in just to have them take a turn at pumping up the engine lift 😂 ! Great video keep them coming buddy
You should put a vortec starter on it they are smaller and more powerful and easier to run if you have headers.. most of the earlier Chevy engines have the same tooth pattern so it works

yep yep and yep..the deeper you dig the more parts you find are missing, busted, or worn out..story of our lives as wrenchers. gotta say i'm with you on the armchair mechanics trying to tell people how to work on their own projects..i mean this is free entertainment for everyone..just sit back and enjoy the ride..it's getting hot here in Alabama as well..we had mid 80's for a couple days , now it's cooled back down to high 60's to mid 70's..mother nature is bipolar i swear ..one day in shorts and a t shirt next day in jeans and a jacket..gotta love the south
Fantastic job putting the engine in. Any time I do a clutch, I use the alignment tool to hold the disc while lining up the pressure plate holes. Makes it easier. Great video as usual. Mic sounds much better.

Just remember the keyboard mechanics are annoying,but even negative comments help the channel . So they are positive in the long run . The only ones I delete are the one with foul language.
If you put nutritional yeast flakes in your food the mosquitoes won't bite . (Yeah really) when I go out camping or whatever during the summer everyone else will be slapping themselves silly trying to keep them from biting them and I'll literally get no bites at all 👌
Audio is better but, it is only coming out of one speaker. Probably a setting that can mix it to both speakers. The intro music comes out of both speakers. Great channel though.
