The biggest travesty of Kofi’s world title reign was that it ended in 8 seconds on the 2019 premiere of Smackdown on Fox

I agree ending his title reign in 8 sec was stupid...about as bad as when Sheamus beat Daniel Bryan about 2 sec flat...he kissed AJ Lee "Ding" bell rang 2 seconds later he lost the belt.
Him winning the title was great, his regin was okay and the way he lost title is one of the worst title matches
Kofi’s reign as WWE Champion, while not the greatest, it wasn’t as bad as others say. Had some cool matches with KO, Dolph Ziggler, Samoa Joe, and Randy Orton. While the chase to the title was more memorable than the reign itself, at least we should be grateful that Kofi got this moment at all, rather than none.👍
At least he got to have his moment and didn't lose it in a week or something, better to win the title than never win it at all

My main complaint is that Kofi still kept the New Day gimmick and theme song during his reign which made it feel as The New Day's WWE Title reign instead of Kofi's title reign, they should have brought back his old SOS theme at WrestleMania (imagine the insane pop if that happened). Heck even Big E's reign felt like his reign because he had his own music, attire and everything.

Kofi winning the WWE title was a feel-good moment but afterward, he wasn't truly being booked as a main eventer despite his rivalries with Orton and Ziggler were fun. Plus, he was never the Top Dog in WWE as that spot belonged to Becky, Roman and Seth at the time.
His rivalry with ziggler was trash.
That ending to his reign still pisses me off to this day

Honestly the Kofimania journey was fantastic and it was emotional and deserved to finally see Kofi win the big one but his overall title reign was just meh its like they didnt put all that much thought into how it would play out. Also was it that hard to have Kofi struggle and put up a fight against Brock for 15 minutes and not an 8 second direspectful squash match
I think it's because since Kofi won the title, they already decided Brock would beat him. That's why his title run feels directionless at times

I feel the Randy matches at Summerslam and Clash of Champions couldve been better but the feud itself was pretty decent especially cause it played off a real life issue of Randy being one of the guys responsible for ending Kofi's short lived but great push

I will never understand the hate on his reign. He carried himself strong, beat credible opponents in clean finishes. The way his reign ended was disgraceful.
Credible opponents? Joe and ziggler were damn near jobber a few weeks before challenging kofi for the title.
Reign could've been better not great but also not awful. Could've had so much potential with it and with matches. Felt like a missed opportunity that would've made sense with not having Ali at the first contender considering Ali getting injured and removed of Chamber basically caused Kofimani to exist that only 1 Orton vs Kofi match and Kofi should've main evented some of the PPVS. But on the brightside we got *IT SHOULD HAVE BEEN ME* so that could bring it to an A++++++++ ranking

Kofi had 6 months of being WWE Champion and beating some big names like Randy Orton in his championship defenses. He hardly, if ever, lost his matches and got pinned. He had a great championship reign.

I stopped watching wwe in 2011 so when I saw Kofi win the title(first black man to win since The Rock) I tried to watched wwe again but the shows was just bad. Im just sad I missed him win it
That gauntlet match he had on smackdown was the spark that started it all and that title win at wrestlemania could only have been more perfect if he won it in the main event.
Kofi was one of my favourite tropes and that was the champ that everyone wants a piece of because they don’t believe he’s strong. Everyone wanted a shot at kofi and the promos were funny and entertaining. It actually felt fresh as opposed to the long Brock lesnar title reign where it was only Roman reigns and strowman wanting to fight him
The run had good ideas for feuds i thought with dolph feeling like he should have done what kofi did and being jealous that he did something dolph never got to do and orton being the guy to stop kofis first push , some good ideas of feuds but the run as a whole didnt do what it could have done, i will give them it is always harder to book a baby face world champion than a heel in wrestling history but i mean vince was booking so.... and brock beating him in a few seconds was probably one of the most disrespectful and annoying things wwe has ever done. The fact kofi just never really cared that much after it was insane, fuck vince for that for life

finding interesting ways to stay in the Royal Rumble for a couple years fans liked to see what he would do.
His reign was just ok. Felt like more could have been done. What icks me about his reign is the Lesnar match and the fact he didn't have a feud nor rematch afterwards then went back to the tag scene

I never saw Kofi as main event material, his championship was one of the worst reigns ive seen. The fact that we dont get a lot of wwe live dates in our country and the most recent one was headlined by kofi as champion, it was so lame. I still went but attendance was horrible, we had nosebleed seats and got moved to a section behind ringside in the last three matches. Even with that, we still couldnt get excited for the main event. He should’ve never been pushed
