- You might look at LeBron James and Jae Crowder and conclude they'd never have beef because they're in different tiers of the league. But that's not how the story plays out-- actually maybe it's because of their status differential that the beef existed.
Crowder could challenge LeBron. On several occasions. In the post season. Which is kinda embarrassing for LeBron James, king of basketball.
Now, Crowder accomplished that by being really physical-- which I can't see LeBron enjoying. And apparently when LeBron gets mad, he gets a little vengeful. Which is where the beef comes in.

You forgot the part where suns ended up getting eliminated from the playoffs and Crowder got bullied off IG and turned off comments.
She especially forgot to mention the part where the "favored" Lakers had an injured AD that played less than 20 minutes in game 4, didn't suit up in 5, and risked his body to give us 5 minutes in game 6.
@@DarkAlpha171AD constantly gets raved on for his injury history, yet has stayed consistently healthy this year and in year's past was always giving 110% on the court whenever he could get on it.
@@DarkAlpha171 Everyone loves to mention that, but fail to mention that CP3 had his dominant arm injured in game 2 which hindered him a lot the rest of the series and made him a negative on the court. He averaged 9 ppg that series on abysmal %. The rest of the playoffs he averaged 24/4/9 on superb efficiency. It goes both ways, mate. Injuries are just part of the sport.
@@Washanuga sure but there is a spectrum to injury, CP was still able to give the suns 22 mins at the very least, AD couldnt even get through warmups, also Lebron that year suffered that ankle injury that hurts him to this day, hobbled the entire time, so I would say the Lakers were much more limited than the suns

A la Lance Stephenson. A short feud, sure, but Crowder doesn't have anything to show for his antics against LeBron. At least someone like Paul Pierce has a chip, or the Splash Bros. with their rings & MVPs.

This is great. Little surprised you didn't talk a little more about the 15 series. Crowder talked a lot in that series, so much so he became the ire of the Cavs. After Olynyk hurt Kevin Love Stevens bench Olynyk so the Cavs took out their frustration on Crowder instead. Kendrick Perkins who hadn't played all series came in and immediately threw Crowder to the ground. Later that game JR Smith smacked Crowder with a backhand on a rebound Crowder fell and hurt his knee. JR got suspended for game 1 the next series.
A huge oversight. That felt like the beginning of all this

I don't know if there is actual beef, but the fact that Crowder stayed in the league and relevant and got these playoff matchups with Lebron is a feat in itself. The fact that he got a beef history video is an accolade of its own.
