    Good call on the outsole. It is the only issue for me. Agreed, absolutely fine to run in dry conditions but when wet I'd probably opt for a different shoe with a better outsole grip. Good review and a shoe I'll probably pick up if when it gets discounted.

    I've heard from other reviewers that the grip is much improved and they don't have problems in wet conditions compared to the pro 3

      It's slightly better in this version but it's still very slippery on a wet road. Maybe other reviews haven't tested the shoes in the same conditions as I have.

    And a lot of other shoes like… brooks ghost normal hoka cliftons, etc

    Nb sc elite 4 is stable. So is hoka rocket x2. Good review!

      Hey, I’m running daily in my adios pro 3 but I’ve started to encounter some pain in my left foot Achille when I’ve started to train for my HM. I am looking for something more stable since I am a heel striker (even if the AP3 seems to be this for that). Do you think that the EP4 would be better ? Thanks in advance

      @@ShayzerCo The Endorphin Pro 4 is certainly more stable than the Adidas Adios Pro 3, especially through the heel. In terms of it helping the Achilles I can't really answer that. I am battling an Achilles issue myself atm which absolutely sucks with races coming up. I am reaching for shoes with a higher drop to try an unload the Achilles.

      @@run-are hey! Thanks for the answer ! I might try the EP4 then! Have you tried / find any super shoe with a 10mm drop by any chance ?

    How is this shoe compare with the Mizuno neo Vista on comfort, jogging stability and as everyday shoe? Thank you in advance!

    • @run-are
      @run-are  Před 2 měsíci

      The Mizuno is better for daily use but the Saucony is more stable. This Saucony is a race shoe

    How is this shoe on walking wise, is it still very awesome or dulls out or totally subpar vs other saucony regular or stable shoes?

    • @run-are
      @run-are  Před 2 měsíci

      This is a racing shoe, not really designed for walking but if you did want to walk in it it would be fine. Very rockered though

    Hmm I'm one of the few that enjoys the Kinvara Pro.. Would the Endorphin Pro be a good big brother for it for Melbourne Mara? Or should I look at the NB elite v4... I feel like I'm more confused after watching reviews 😂

    • @run-are
      @run-are  Před 8 dny

      @@shanewilson1759 Yes there isn't too many people that love the Kinvara Pro. If you love that shoe then the Pro 4 would be the best racing upgrade as you would be familiar with the Saucony fit, the shape of the speedroll rocker and the feedback of the Pwrun PB foam. I'm guessing you really would appreciate the light weight of the Pro for the Marathon. The SC Elite v4 is going to feel really soft for you in comparison to the Kinvara Pro.

      @@run-are Appreciate the reply.. .for reference i ran my only other marathon in a pair of Alphafly 1s! TRC Geelong sold them to me and the point was the foam will look after me late in the race as i am that 3:30-4hr marathon runner...

      @@shanewilson1759 No problems! How'd you get on with the AF1? Have you thought about getting the Alphafly 3s? I love them

      @@run-are yeah i liked them, I doubt i am a good enough runner to justify them really.. but i still had some Alpha 2s as well, they did give me some blistering so i moved them on. I am open to all options, just trying to find what works AND what is most cost effective for me! Spoilt for choice though

    Saucony is so bad with the grip of the outsole of its premium racing shoes, it is such a shame.

      They need to change that rubber compound that's for sure!
