Lets just take a moment to appreciate that Linus and Ivonne with both the massive amounts of work that they do, still spend time with their family and Even Linus Lan Parties with his kids, then takes a mid session snack break and is there for them. A+ parenting and truly an example to follow
A couple friends and I did something like this to another friend who was going on a date at the park. We hid in bushes and had to keep moving around to avoid being seen. Maybe a slight invasion of privacy but overall harmless, we couldn't hear anything and he was a good sport about it. For us it was an absolute blast to spy on someone, with a real risk of trying to not get caught. I'm jealous of Ethan and Dennis because it's so fun and gives you such an adrenaline rush.

This illustrates so many home security flaws. Something announcing “back door open” is a great idea until it happens so often that it becomes white noise and you can’t hear it anymore.
That is very true but in this instance I think it was more they’re were kids running around, that would help a lot in like the nighttime when you know the kids are accounted for, also I feel bad for those kids when they’re teenagers for that very same reason

Create the kind of situation where if the kids are staying out all night, just communicate that with mom and dad so nobody panics. Obviously kids are going to be growing up and I think Linus is the kind of person to give that kind of autonomy
