1. Fry thinly chopped Garlic and onions
2. Add some Chings shezwan chutney and fry
3. Add pasta and lot of Oregano or Pasta powder (Keya preferred)
Always buy pasta made of Durum wheat. Delmonte is one authentic brand.

Boiling time of your pasta depend on the value on packet. Its not always 7 minutes. For most durum pastas its 11 minutes.

I usually don't like pasta but this one looked so good that I could not help trying it out... And it tasted just amazing... Though the spice level was quite high as compared to what I usually eat (because I don't know how to cook, that was my mistake..lol😂😂😂) but it tasted so amazing that I finished all. Loved the recipe... Everyone must try it
And the best thing I like about Hebbar's Kitchen is that she provides us with the measurements of salt as well whereas almost all other channels just say "Salt as per taste" which I find the most irritating thing ever...... And maybe that's the reason I prefer Hebbar's Kitchen for anything that I need to cook...

Perfectly cooked pasta. Very colorful. Salt and cheese are in the right amounts. The sauce looks great (truly desi ingredients). Mixed herbs and the chilli flakes sure gives flavor and punch. A great video recipe. Thanks for sharing!

You can make an amazing recipe with this pasta! :
Take some boiled pasta (not macaroni)
Prepare a stuffing :
Veggies of your choice, cheese, little bit of spices, mix them all together & fill the stuffing in the boiled pasta & coat with a mixture of maida (all purpose flour) cornflour, salt & black pepper powder, done & deep fry them for a few mins until the pasta gets crispy and donee!!
