BOILING:
2 cups Penne Pasta (200 gms)
Salt to taste
1/2 tsp oil
VEGETABLES:
2 tsp olive/butter
1/2 onion chopped
1 small carrot
1/2 capsicum chopped
handful of corns
Salt
1/2 tsp black pepper powder
SAUCE:
4 tbsp butter
4 tbsp maida
2 cups milk
Salt

1/2 tsp red chilly flakes
1/2 tsp mixed herb seasoning
4-5 tbsp grated cheese (I used Amul)

This is a super easy recipe. I made this first time with little modification of using wheat flour with butter and it was awesome. My wife and daughter kept saying "super, amazing" with each bite. Thank You for this wonderful recipe.
I am a beginner ,and it was my first time making food!!!!!! IT WAS SUPER DELICIOUS .My parents and Siblings loved it. The dish was super delicious. A small tip..We can intiaaly dissolve the maida and milk together in a small vessel then add the mix to the cooking vessel keep stirring there won't be lump formation much time can be saved
The flour will have a raw taste if you don't sauté it in butter or olive oil.
My mom whooped me when I wasted half an hour on it and then she did it like a pro the next time I was cooking using this same method. 😀

I always use cornflour instead of maida...
But there was lumps so after doing this all I grinded the sauce

*I tried it twice and loved the taste and texture absolutely.* ❤️ Thankyou ma'am . But I have two advices for someone who wanna try it for the first time-
1- try to *add veges* whatever available (as also shown in the video) , because if you ll make it simple then you won't like it the same way after some bites.
2- White sauce pasta is not the taste of everyone. So if you are thinking of getting appreciation of everyone at home- that won't be the real case.😅
Desi parents won't like the taste it will be bland for them

This is an amazing recipe. We have tried several times to make white sauce at home, however, the sauce didn't taste good. Neverthless, this recipe is super and easy to make. Pasta sauce tastes like prepared by a chef. 😊😊

Basically that's the thickening agent known as Roux and it's the mixture prepared with butter and flour in equal quantities (in terms of weight). It's of three types white, blond or brown.

What kind of milk did you use.. Regular milk or butter milk?
