2 cups (200g) pasta
4 cups water (to boil pasta)
½ teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon olive oil
White sauce
1 tablespoon olive oil
2 tablespoons butter
2 tablespoons refined flour/maida
2 cups (500ml) milk
½ teaspoon black pepper
salt to taste
2 cheese slice
To toss veggies
4-5 tomatoes
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons butter
2 tablespoons garlic finely chopped
1 teaspoon oregano/mixed herbs
½ cup onions finely chopped
¼ cup capsicum diced
¼ cup red bell peppers diced
¼ cup yellow bell peppers diced
½ teaspoon red chilli flakes
¼ teaspoon black pepper powder
salt to taste
2 tablespoons tomato ketchup

Absolutely loved it. My 7 year old didn’t realize how much vegetables I put in this sauce. I cooked everything your way and than made into purée than. Mixed with white sauce. She said best thing ever. Healthy meal happy meals. Didn’t add any additional cheese. She didn’t ask for any cheese. 😊
I just tried this today..and it's heavenly.. I just added a little of oregano while cooking the white sauce and a pinch of sugar while cooking the red sauce .. it's so good ❤️❤️😋😋

One tip from my side is to add a little pizza pasta sauce.. that gave the taste a whole new level.

I tried this and it came out so so well.
Instead of making Red Sauce, I had bought it from store.
The white sauce came out so well but it was not enough to make the whole pasta super creamy so I added Pasta water.
This is one of my fav pasta and I am not satisfied with Restaurant Pasta anymore😂

@@fariha2rahman727 Heyy, around 2 small spoonful while making for 2 people. Add that much and then taste it and maybe increase accordingly. I am not an expert so hopefully it doesn't get ruined😅
