Introduction
Chicken Pasta with Indian Style Pasta Sauce! This combines chicken and penne pasta with tomatoes and it is yummy! In this recipe, the chicken is stir-fried in a very special onion and tomato masala sauce. This dish can be served for dinner or as an evening snack, by itself, or if you prefer it, alongside garlic bread. It makes for a great hearty weeknight dinner with your family. Onion Tomato Spice-Mix/Sauce
3-4 tbsp Oil
1 tsp Cumin Seeds
1 cup Onions (chopped)
Salt (as required)
1 tbsp Ginger-Garlic & Green Chilli Paste
1/2 cup Tomato Pulp
1 tsp Turmeric Powder
1 tsp Red Chilli Powder
1 tsp Garam Masala Powder
**The Spice-Mix can be stored in the refrigerator for 30 days.
Boiling the Pasta
1 ltr Water
1 tsp Salt
1 cup Penne Pasta
Preparing the Pasta
200 gms Chicken Breast (cut into batons)
1 tsp Dried Fenugreek Leaves
1/4 cup Pasta Water
2 tbsp Fresh Cream
1/4 tsp Dried Fenugreek Leaves

You are making an Indian style recipe but all the measurements are in cup and not in ml or grams. Only coz of this confusion, I have to skip some your best recipes too. As for each different ingredient the measurement in equivalent grams/ml varies for 1 cup. Request to mention exact quantities in ml or grams as well. Please 🙏🏼
