I have a posterior tongue tied, is it possible to be put to sleep for the surgery?
Why you don't use laser during surgery?
Actually I got my tounge tie release last Thursday and as there was lot of pain I didn't exercised for first 3 days and now I can't lift or get my tounge out of my mouth.
Although the area where the visible tissue was present still looks OK, there isn't and re attachment.
What Should be the reason behind this?
Is it just the muscle memory or I need a second procured?

Did you end up with reattachment or you just needed to keep stretching it? I just got mine done and haven’t started exercises yet either.

Why can’t I find videos about exercises for before the surgery? I’ve heard that it’s important to do exercises before and after, but only see people talking about post-surgery exercises.
Idk how important it is, but at this rate I’ll never get the surgery. I can’t afford to do pre and post therapy…
because they want to charge you money to do many sessions with the "therapists" instead of just showing the exercises one time for free. when capitalism loses its morals.
