Taking to the balcony to get stoned, Jon decides to do it sober but Rick finds out after he already ate an eatable!! ...and the chaos ensues.
Jon comes in, second guessing and unsure of himself, which high-Rick leans into as a faux-bully who doesn’t know when he’s gone too far.
They attempt a script reading session which is a certain fail and discuss Jon’s insecurities and Rick being too-much and “always on."
Jon nearly gets to tell us about his recent engagement and we get to hear both the boys attempt something near an Irish and Scottish accent.
Jon shows us his epic air piano and they form an impromptu air-instrument band.

The Rudnitsky Trilogy is the best thing to come out if this podcast imo, and I've never seen a lick of Jon's work.
Yeah it's one of the few podcasts where I watch the guests I've never heard of. My favourites have to be the Adam Ray ones though - whom I think I may have discovered through TYSO
I kept thinking Jon was starting a bad trump impression, but it’s just how he talks 🤣 You two are absolutely hilarious together.

This is the perfect picture of the height of covid quarantine. The feeling cooped up, the edge of mental breakdowns, the raw emotion, the things barely making sense at times, the sweet relief of a good genuine laugh. Wow. Coming back to it, this one is special

So much so that I went to my doctor and got medication (first time) and am scheduled to talk to a brain doctor to try and figure things out... I guess. Your pod has helped me keep my mind busy and have a few laughs. Thank you and John and all your guests for doing these. Trust me when I say all of your hard work and energy of soul are worth this.

I just discovered the pod barely a couple weeks ago thanks to Harry Mack. The 4 Jon Rudnitsky episodes are in the first 10 episodes I've watched. But the order I listened was 4, 1, 2, 3. Getting to the end of this one, I thought it was going to show him breaking or spraining his ankle or whatever happened when he jumped off the balcony. 🤕
I didn't know Jon or Rick before a couple weeks ago but If they did a buddy comedy where they were the leading roles I would be there on opening night. Great stuff.
