    Cooking recipe and ingredients:
    1.2 kg beef tail.
    Cut into medium pieces.
    60 ml oil.
    Fry the beef tails over medium heat until golden brown on all sides.
    Chop 4 onions.
    Sauté the onion over medium heat until soft.
    1 carrot.
    1 sweet yellow pepper.
    Fry over medium heat for 2 minutes.
    2 tomatoes.
    Chop 1 chili pepper.
    Fry over medium heat for 2 minutes.
    2 tablespoons of tomato paste.
    Salt.
    1/2 teaspoon black pepper.
    1 teaspoon coriander.
    1 teaspoon cumin.
    Mix well.
    500 ml water.
    Add beef tails.
    Cover with a lid and simmer over low heat for 2 hours.
    3 potatoes.
    We cut the potatoes into “boats”.
    Salt.
    Black pepper.
    Oregano.
    2-3 tablespoons olive oil.
    Grate 30-35 g of cheese.
    Mix.
    Place on a baking tray covered with baking paper.
    Bake at 190°C/386°F for 30-35 minutes.
    4 tablespoons white yogurt.
    Some dill.
    Chop the basil leaves.
    1 tablespoon capers in vinegar.
    1/3 teaspoon dry garlic.
    1/3 teaspoon black pepper.
    Mix well.
    Our delicious baked potatoes are ready.
    It can be served with prepared sauce.
    Sprinkle with fresh chopped dill.
