Led????.... Ha . Im from Miami and watch the Miami Heat religiously. He aint all that. He is undependable. He gives up his responsibilites. He lacks that killer drive to finnish.
What do you mean by giving up on his responsibility? At least explain wtf you're commenting about. Butler goes hard all the time and he is a proven winner. You're just a fanboy trying to seem like some sort of basketball guru or something.
Jimmy Butler deserves respect for going from homeless to NBA superstar player. I think people like Kobe Bryant and Jimmy Butler, who demand strictness from themselves and others, really choose their team.
How Jimmy was homeless but then taken in by a family with 7 kids. A white "mum" takes ina a homeless black boy - has me in tears. This is so beneficial for humanity.... Jimmy Butler's WHOLE life is changed by a mother and family's generosity and love..... These small amazing acts of love are how communities and societies are brought together.
Well I don't know if you've noticed but some of her kids from her first marriage are half black so it's not like she's not used to seeing a black man. I'm not disagreeing with what you're saying I'm saying it's not like she's never been used to being around a black man. The rest was Jimmy just being a great kid and her just being a great woman.
I hated seeing my Bucks bounced out of the playoffs so early, but I've ALWAYS respected and loved Jimmy's game even during his Bulls days. He was always deemed a cancer for simply wanting to win and there's a reason he's led the Heat to two Finals in his career despite not being a superstar. Every team that forced him out is all the worse for it and it's clear his leadership is appreciated in a winning culture. He WILL win a ring one day and I'm gonna love it.
I would love to see him win a ring but he doesn’t have that many years left now I don’t see how he wins in the next couple seasons, they need a bit of luck for once !
@@jacobbarnett3514 If Pat Riley and the Heat ownership bring cheap asses weren't getting in the way, they'd have had a superstar like Dame join them and they would easily have a shot to do so. But there is still time for him to get there. The Heat are still looking strong and they lost more players this season too.
As a Bulls fan, I miss him every day I watch the pathetic excuse of a “big 3” we have currently. Things would’ve definitely been different if we had an owner who cared and a GM who isn’t incompetent and surrounded him with talented players who care instead of trading away the only one who did. He and Rose were my childhood, I’ll always cherish that team
Back then, the Bulls had all the pieces to win a championship, They had Gasol, Noah, Rose, Gibson, Butler. But they couldn't beat the Heats. After that season, Tom T was fired and replaced by Fred Hoiberg. Everything went downhill from there. They played for one more season and then the team was disbanded.
Those players who always cry they don't have help in playoffs should watch how Jimmy Legend put his team on shoulders and took them to Finals.... Hope he wins his ring
This doc made Jimmy B one of my favorite players... period. Yelling at all your teammates in practice because they aren't playing hard and tolerate losing is S tier leadership.
As a Bulls fan, I have just one issue the video. You downplayed Thibs and Luol's influence. Thibs absolutely loved Butler and wanted him in the draft and saw him as way more than an "end of the bench guy." As far as Luol, I'll let Jimmy speak: “Lu taught me so much about the game and being a pro. I was very fortunate to be able to learn from him. He’s just an incredible, incredible human being. [...] He did a lot for this organization and obviously did a lot for me. In this organization, I was able to be around so many good people, him being at the top of the list.”
Jimmy Butler And Steph Curry are my 2 favorite players. They are both almost unreal in their willingness/ability to make winning decisions on and off the court.
In life..children who have it very hard in their beginning of their life are who usually excell the most... Reaching their goals in life by working hard for it ,is mostly appreciated greatly than those who have everything handed on a silver/gold platter. He is a prime example of how much he appreciates where he is coming from to where he is at today. Congratulations and we'll done Jimmy Butler 👏 👍
I remember when Jimmy first announced his trade to Miami. At Philly (Where I am) there was a BARRAGE of Tweets roasting and laughing at his decision since I believe the Heat missed the Playoffs in 2019 with an Old Dwayne Wade. My Sixers got swept and Jimmy's Heat made the Finals. My Sixers Management was rather and still is rather Boneheaded in making decisions 😅
Thanks also goes out to a real true adopted mother, who took him under her wings ,even with her 7 children...That what you call love ,and also a true mother... Never ever turn your back on this woman Jimmy....you owes her so much..
I wonder how his biological Mom felt after seeing how her child beat the odds. The Mom that adopted him goes to show Love comes in all sizes and colors. Great Story!
I think Hollywood should do a movie about JB. It is so tear jerking to see how a homeless 13-year old boy who never gave up on himself and a foster mom who accepted and cared about him. You know JB is not your typical basketball player who is tattooed all over his body. I don't see any tattoo on his arms. I think he used his childhood hardship to motivate to be the best he can be.
Thank you, Jordan n Mrs. Michelle for taking Jimmy in to your home. Now, he is finding out Michael Jordan is his dad. This young man went through a lot to get where he is today. Keep reaching for the stars. Jimmy Butler.
What kind of parents is that? leaving your own child and doesn't care of what will happen to him on the streets 😤I am so glad that he went to a real family which gave him true love and family ties that is thicker than blood. They are so blessed in life 🙏
There's a conspiricy that Jimmy Butlers biological father is Micheal Jordan, not only because they look alike and the mentalty. But Jimmy was born in Houston. 9 months prior, Jordan had a game in Dallas.Jimmy never met his father. Jordan is said to have an abandoned son during an affair.Jimmy was kicked out at the age of 13. Jordan stopped paying his baby mama after 13 years.Jimmys mother has also said that the real reason she kicked him out was the child support stopped coming in.
That mom who took in a homeless kid despite having seven children already is an MVP caliber player in my book.
yes she is what a remarkable story family is not always related by blood
Finding a beauty with inner beauty as well is a hard combo to find . But she has that "glow" .
shes the real mvp
kd ahh comment but its true
She totally is an incredibly awesome person to do that, that’s love and kindness right there 🤟
The fact that the Butler led an 8 seed all the was to the Finals for it the second time in NBA history is one of the greatest accomplishments ever
Even more impressive too because they played a full season as to where 1999 was that lockout season
@@slylanceyforgot about that detail
this is so true

yeah.. so agree
She’s an angel 😇
Why do you have to mention the fact that she’s white and he’s black?
This voucher admits one individual to heaven and infinite bliss for eternity.
Valid for: Jimmy's mum , Until: Forever.

Especially the bulls
He's the kind of player that will be remembered for the dog he was, rather than a ring. I would still like him to win one, of course.

Jimmy a real one, he actually has interests outside of ball like Tennis, Soccer, Coffee and Country Music
When D Wade came to play for the Bulls, he was to groom Jimmy Butler. One of the things D Wade changed was that he had to listen to country music.
jimmy butler had such an inspiring story very glad he made it😊
I've always loved Jimmy, I can't root against Jimmy. Him and Dame are so real. Much respect. I hope he gets a ring.

that old bulls team fs wouldve won atleast a chip with a healthy rose, joakim, and butler

Jimmy's story is so sad and makes it that much more satisfying to see what he made of himself.
A fitting life for the son of Michael Jordan.
I heard a secret guardian helped him get off poverty and gave him 💰 during his developmental years, 🤔
Him making 2 finals with those Heat teams was incredible

Jimmy is one of the current goats of this generation underrated player nobody talks about
It's so nice to hear a beautiful happy story ❤❤.God bless you Jimmy.

pretty embarrising how the bulls ran thibs out of town
Wow, how many NBA players would give credits to others who helped and guided them to where they are now. Not too many.
He’s already a hall of famer but a ring & fmvp w Miami would be icing on the cake
I didn't know he was kicked out. I thought he became orphan at 13. This makes me want to see him win a championship regardless of any team.
Awesome video. Brought me to tears. What a beast!
