I have 30% ceramic on my windshield and 5% on sides on my 2014 bmw 550i and I love it. I also live in South Carolina which they don’t care about tint, everyone tints there windshields here.

864 ! Lol. I’m debating on going 5% all the way around and 50% on the windshield but worried about visibility. So it’s either 5% or 15% but definitely getting the windshield done.
I got my 03 GS300 tinted a week ago went with 20% windshield and 5% on the rest.
I got a 2021 f150 platinum has a 6inch bds 38x13.50R22x12 5% tint all around and 5 on windshield
Man I'm getting 5% all around with no windsheild except the brow next week and your making me think I need to do a windsheild too.. unfortunately I live in a state that has inspections and very strict ones at that, I had to get a doctors note just to have 20% all around.

@@peoplesinfo1727 I went to the eye doctor and told him the sun hurts my eyes and gives me headaches. Also said sunglasses sorta help but not 100% and I'd really like to be able to tint my vehicles. He checked out my eyes and said it makes sense cuz my eyes are dry and light in color. He signed off on a waiver saying I have a photophobia or something like that and I sent that to my state and got a paper that allows me to pass inspection and not get tint tickets (not that I've been pulled over for tint or even hassled when I have been pulled over)

@@Kadashh just go look up whatever state you live in "tint exemption form" if your state allows it you should be able to find it. Mad easy for me to get. I now live in a state that they dont have an exemption but they also dont care about tint
Va got inspections and illegal to have 5% front and any on windshield.. didnt stop me from a 35% fws and 5% all around factory tints.. Just ask around or look for shops that will pass inspection on little bs stuff like tints, mufflers etc. and dont drive like an ass, in my state they cant pull you over souly for tints which ied assume is why everyone around here has dark tints lol

Man i have the exact same truck color and all and I have 2 layers of 5% on the rear a single layer of 5% on the front and 35% on the entire windshield and even with morimotos I can barely see 50 yards ahead of me at night its horrible 😂
That would suck at night but I'm sure it's awesome during the day! I was thinking about going with another layer of 5% all the way around and leaving the windshield, but wasn't sure if it would be too dark at night or not
I have 2.5% on my sides and working on the back. Trying to figure out what I should do on front
I took off my brow and tinted the whole windshield on my transit truck and I regret removing the brow because now the sun comes thru right in my face where the brow was

His front doors and windshield is illegal in all 50 states. It is a hazard/liability if he runs over someone that he can't see and could turn into a major lawsuit it he kills someone. That's why everyone should obey their window tinting state statutes.

@@ultraart9263 You get sun glare from regular driving without tint. You can achieve glare reduction and gain privacy tinting legally. That doesn't mean you should tint your car illegally.

Dropped my Ram off today .. 15% all around Crew Cab .. and 50 % full windshield. Do you still like the look of it day and night?

$100? That’s a great price. Most ceramic windshield tint is around $200. You must’ve done carbon tint?

Did the brow go on the whole windshield tint or did they do the 45% windshield over the brow?
CarlosW42 They laid the 45% on the whole windshield, then put the brow over the top of it.

CarlosW42 Yeah probably, otherwise you could see if they could tint the windshield all the way down on the bottom, then for the top go up to where it hits the bottom of the brow and just end it there. That could potentially work too I would think.

How are you all getting away with a tinted front windshield?? Its totally illegal to have ANY tint lower than the AS-1 line.
Love Your build brother, but it's very suspicious to drive around with no interior view... if everyone was a good person with good intentions, I'd approve.... I just can't give you that thumbs up, LoL... Good luck 👍 tho...
@@johnnyg2002 lol whats the point of dark tint? My whole windshield is 35. I might even add another layer of 35. Dark tint is so common in my city that police don't really bother people for it.

Muhanad Najib Just depends on how dark you wanna go and good you wanna be able to see at night lol
I have 50 on mine for a full windshield. No issues seeing anything at night
35 will be fine once you use good tint. Because i have 35% on my 01 ranger and people say even with good headlights they have problems seeing at night but my stock ass yellow bulbs shine perfectly fine. Havent had reduced range or anything.
What i will say about it is you cant make out too much details on thinfs on the side of the road with no street lights. Like the leaves in trees. It will just be a sillhouette through the tint.
