It's practically impossible to build a gaming PC for under $350 nowadays. If you are only looking to spend $750 or less, you are better off buying a console.
There's more to buying a GPU than fps. For me the heat output is critical, last build I tested AMD & Nvidia cards and the former was pumping out nearly 30°C more than the Nvidia. Then there's reliability, just watch some of the GPU repair channels, AMD don't have the reliability of Nvidia GPU's. Lastly the toys like DLSS/FSR Frame Generation, why limit yourself to only one set of toys? Nvidia users get to use both or mix & match for the best possible gaming experience.
this channel is just a waste of time, ngl, 'do you get cashback buying Nvidia?' If someone recommends buying a GPU and uses the potential cashback as an argument for why I should do so it automatically discredits that person in my eyes.

I actually did kind of get a cash back from buying Nvidia. When i got a 4070ti i got a 100$ steam gift card from microcenter. Thats still a great deal for AMD gpus right now
Yeah because Blender is one of the apps coded specifically for nvidia's CUDA, and they're aware of how much of a problem that is so they recently released a Vulkan renderer which they're working on improving upon. Also, I could point out that DaVinci runs better on AMD cards. Blender isn't everything.
I get all my stuff at a discount I usually wait for the hype to die down and buy the parts second hand I've saved hundreds if not thousands my latest if I bought new would be around 1,600 but I was on a budget not knowing when I'll get money so I hunted I had $500 USD spent $440 got a R7 5700g and a rtx 12gb with 16gb ddr4 and a 600w smart thermaltake PSU don't blame buying brand new or btc mined on gpus or anything my last GPU was a 10 series that and mined on gpus are good if you find undervolted or underclocked ones it'll tell you if you know how to look lmfao
Im wondering if MSI is going to make a RX 7800 XT or a RX 7900 GRE? I wanted a RTX 4060, but now im looking for a RTX 4060 ti 16GB or the 2 AMD GPU i mentioned above. The TI has a low TDP though.
At this point Nvidia could release a graphic cards that beams me straight into the game and have me wield the sword or gun or whatever… I wouldn’t buy them. On principle alone. Everything about this company is terrible, from cringy marketing ploys, to their obvious attempt to monopolize the GPU market, their terrible price to performance ratio all the way up to their horrendous customer treatment. If you buy Nvidia, you’re either so rich you don’t care or a complete clown. Plus, most games don’t even support proper raytracing, which is one of the very few selling points Nvidia has.
Raytracing (or really path tracing since RT barely does anything when compared to competent baked lighting) will probably gain traction with the next console generation in a couple of years if at all, and since those are probably AMD powered there's hoping they'll have sorted their RT disadvantage out by then.
Dude I'm about to buy my first budget gaming and editing pc and I was about to go with rtx 3060 but seeing the hate towards nvidia , I don't know anymore lmao
In my country asus has even back to school offer when at the end of the summer hollidays thay even have cashback on GPUs, AIOs, Mobos and PSUs ngl not bad from ASUS
Negative cash back lol. Sounds about right. Still, buy what you like. Also, my XTX overclocks to within 15% of the 4090... for half the price of the 4090.
The reference XTX is already 18% slower on stock settings.. a TUF or Sapphire Nitro model with larger coolers have alot more thermal headroom and boost much higher, also RDNA3 is very dependent on it’s memory speed so def overclock the vram for the most extra performance. My XTX’s memory can hit 3 ghz and remain stable, and when you run the memory at 3ghz over the stock 2.5, the effective memory speed goes from 20GB/S to 24GB/S, and a 20% increase in memory speed takes the overall memory bandwidth to 1152gb/s from 960, and that can net you almost 15% more performance

I'm still rocking my rx580 8gb in an arcade emulator rig for my man cave. I just need to finish the cabinet and I'm set.
Damn i live in europe and ordered a pc with that a few days ago. Gotta check it out!!!!!!
Zach my bro you ar the BATMAN of all pc conetent makers
I actually did kind of get a cash back from buying Nvidia. When i got a 4070ti i got a 100$ steam gift card from microcenter. Thats still a great deal for AMD gpus right now
When tf is right now it's not like there's a date on this short that just pulled up
Can you do a review on the AMD PowerColor Hellhound Spectral RX 7900 XTX? Would love to hear your thoughts on it.
Fact: the rx 7900xtx is the same performance as an rtx 3060Ti in blender . if u didn't believe search about it😉
Yeah because Blender is one of the apps coded specifically for nvidia's CUDA, and they're aware of how much of a problem that is so they recently released a Vulkan renderer which they're working on improving upon.
RATE ACER PREDATOR HELIOS NEO 16
" Negative Cashback " I laugh too much from that one 😆
Im wondering if MSI is going to make a RX 7800 XT or a RX 7900 GRE? I wanted a RTX 4060, but now im looking for a RTX 4060 ti 16GB or the 2 AMD GPU i mentioned above. The TI has a low TDP though.
Day 1 of asking ZACH to talk about temperatures with gaming laptops especially Lenovo legions 5
You’re definitely the same type of person who makes fun of others for buying apple
@@LambdaMiscellaneousBecause if you buy Apple for any reason other than personal preference, you deserve to be clowned on.
@@LambdaMiscellaneous I have a 15 pro max so I doubt it
Dude I'm about to buy my first budget gaming and editing pc and I was about to go with rtx 3060 but seeing the hate towards nvidia , I don't know anymore lmao
free money idea: buy like 10 of those get the $100 back. then sell them on the used market for profit :O
Hey zach can u give a pc build for making and playing video games and it should be a budget build with a upgrade path ♥️🖖
they’re more expensive already in europe though
only cashback I receive is from e commerce websites
I bought my first GPU 7900XT at the end of January 😭 would have liked the extra cashback lol
Dang, I just bought a 7900 XT, but I'm not in the UK.
It’s April already. Missed the offer. Would had or may would had considered it. Oh well.
First world country deal 🗿
Me on third world country : 🥲
Is this for the UK only? Doesn't look like they have it for the US.
Day 1 of asking what prebuilt i should get for 2,000 dollars with an amd cpu and gpu and preferably water cooled.
Its almost as if they slightly lowered the price
My XTX’s memory can hit 3 ghz and remain stable, and when you run the memory at 3ghz over the stock 2.5, the effective memory speed goes from 20GB/S to 24GB/S, and a 20% increase in memory speed takes the overall memory bandwidth to 1152gb/s from 960, and that can net you almost 15% more performance
that 4090 can also overclock and be over 40% faster than your oc'ed 7900
a 4080 is what the 7900 xtx is trading blows with
@@OdinAlgeron Lol, they're catching on fire at stock, so good luck with that. 4090 has nowhere near 40% OC potential, not even on LN2.
@@PineyJusticeover 40% faster not 40% more overclock
reading comprehension
@@OdinAlgeron 💀💀💀 dumb comment fr, that shit would melt/pull nearly 600w even if it could do it. That wouldn’t get anywhere near 40% faster either, 15-20% at the absolute most
What!! My Rx 7900 xtx!! I want my 100$ rebate bring that here
Man, watching these types of videos about PC specs makes me jealous, since I'm using an intel Celeron N4500 laptop with trash performance on almost everything because of how much i tried to game on it. Worst thing to have for games. Only good thing is battery life, that's it...
rx 7900 xtx is an amazing card I recently bought one but I can't get in on this.
UK ISNT ANYMORE IN EU IT LEFT IN 2013
i got a Question: Im a new PC user about to complete 1 year of having my gaming PC built (June 30th) and i have a ASUS dual OC v2 RTX 3060 white 8gb, and im thinking upgrade soon in the future, but the thing is, im not sure if i should try out and keep AMD or just stick to NVIDIA,
i usually play games but i also make 3d models using blender so im a bit curious and want to hear it from you zach
Hello from Canada btw.
Ffs I just bought an Asus 7900XT in january 😢
Hey! New angle and hairstyle and new background new mic and new hand band and new watch!🎉🎉
Bro inspected every element in this video💀
Zach, how can I improve my form while benching? And will it help me achieve heavier weights?
Should I upgrade my 3080 to a better AMD card now or should I wait? (My CPU is a ryzen 5900X) And also which is the best budget GPU with the cashback. I was thinking of building like a "guest pc".
With a 3080 you wait atleast for the next generation of cards
With a 3080, you'd likely get a bigger boost switching to a 5800x3d for cheaper than swapping GPU's.
I want money back for my GPU but I got my 7900xt a month after release
This is just basically a discount.
I’m just gon stick with my 3060 cas that’s just what I got 2 years ago when my friend upgraded
Why is it always "not the country I live in" only...
