Thank you so much for existing in this platform. I'm an aspiring call center agent and i've been applying for a csr position in different BPO companies but sadly i didn't meet their requirements(i failed them all) as i am a working student, for now, all i can do is to watch some call center related videos that will actually help me to become better so that before i get into that environment i'm fully equipped (dont know if that's the right term to use tho lol). Btw since i was a kid i have been dreaming of becoming a call center agent that's why now, i'm taking AB ENGLISH or ABELS because i see myself as an English teacher or a call center agent in the next 6 years i guess?

I am a newbie in so called "real world", I just recently graduated as K12 student, and I've decided to stop for awhile and look for a job. As of now, I'm currently trainee in Alorica Learn, this is my 1st week training, and it seems I still have a long way to go, and to be honest this triggers my social anxiety since I stop studying for 1 year and I just stays at home for the whole year.
