Coach!! I just want to say thank you for all your advice in this series. I had my first interview this morning after more than a decade and I was dreading all the questions the panel will throw at me. But likely, I got to watch this vid and I also downloaded the podcast version and listen to them intently. I followed your advice and I feel so much better after the interview!
Sharing facts by giving examples through my experiences from my previous work really helped me relate my answers.

Just wanted to say na yung sinabi ni Ma'am dito about yung hinahanap ng HR is totally right. Dahil sa advice na yon, I went in to the interview with the right mindset. Sure, academic awards are good, pero mas importante talaga yung character and yung willingness to learn lalo na if fresh graduate. Buti nalang talaga napanood ko to before I went to my interview.

I was supposed to be the one to be hired but they opted to hire internally instead. A littlt dissapointing, yes. 30 mins before my initial interview, this video just popped up while browsing here in yt. After watching this, I got a call from the company recruiter and immediately endorsed me for my initial interview.
