I like hearing from both of you, hope you keep up the balance as it’s good to hear both perspectives.

  • @pinoygoldandsilverjewelrie9534

But for us, your videos bring us relaxation and inspiration. You bring positive impact to many people around the world.

Love that you're focusing on the lessons from the documentary and being concise. The channels I watch are because I like the people and their realness but if I'm being honest, I always watch your videos on 1.5 speed. I still want to see you, but a little more compact! Don't lose you but looking forward to the evolution. If also be interested in shorter videos a little more frequently. Still really enjoy you and wishing you luck.

You could also corrall your beds so that as the plants spill over, they're kept from falling into the path.

Hire an editor to finish your videos! You are not gonna get ahead, let alone keep current with your business if you don't delegate.

I'm fairly sure you could find someone that can work on an as needed basis if Ian doesn't want to fully give up doing all of the editing work.

  • @pinoygoldandsilverjewelrie9534

Desk calendar (like those used in offices) would be a good gift idea.

😂 my husband and I met at a scummy dive bar on Thursday night. We danced and then found out we were neighbors, he had worked with my sister and brother-in-law, and he used to frequent the Farmer’s market where I worked.

Biochar only becomes biochar once the charcoal is "inoculated" in compost. What that does is enrich the soil biome, the tiny animals that produce nutrients for the plants. It does help with moisture retention, but it also gives fungi a base to increase soil moisture and gives roots the spaces to grow down and strengthen the health of the plants and soils.
If you are considering biochar, the absolute best compost is worm compost for inoculation. A "wormery" is remarkably easy to do, but it does need kitchen scraps, garden scraps and water to keep worms alive.
Ironically, the best worms in 🇨🇦 are native to the coast, "red wigglers".
The worms can't tolerate heat above 24°C or freezing. But they're easy to keep in totes, in any place where the temperature is ok. I literally have one in my kitchen, it's handy, and doesn't stink at all unless it's too wet.

There are lots of videos on how to make the proper charcoal, and that is burned without a lot of oxygen.
Biochar becomes a home for the soil microbes, which enriches the soil continuously, even in winter.

Have you ever looked up your Köppen climate zone? It is more accurate than USDA zones. I’m a USDA cold zone 10, but you are describing very similar climate challenges to what i have in a Köppen climate zone Csb.
