I couldn't agree more. I feel exactly the same. It seems like yesterday she dumped me, yet, it feels like an eternity. Some moments I'm doing great, others not so much. The funny thing is, I have way more to offer her than she has for me, but I fell in love with her heart, which doesn't seem to beautiful now.

@@m1ll1on4r3 This was a year ago, so I don't remember everything exactly. But I do remember her sending me a message that read almost word for word how Coach Lee said she would. I remember going back and reading it while listening to his video. Almost exactly word for word! However, her message came before I listened to Coach Lee's video, and I did not react how he suggested. I wish I had come across Coach Lee a little earlier than I did. My ex has now gone back to the man who physically, emotionally and mentally abused her. A man who she told me was a narcissist, a compulsive liar, a textbook sociopath, "the worst person she has ever known" and someone who she feared "was capable of murder" (her words). And she lives across the street from me.
Don’t loose hope. After three weeks of no contact I broke it & wished him happy birthday he responded and we met for coffee that day. I’ve done a lot of reflecting and watched tons of your videos which kept me going. We’ve learnt a lot whilst we’ve been apart and we need to communicate better and stop taking each other for granted. I’m going all in as I’ve always held back through fear of being left. Thankyou for keeping me company on those long sleepless nights 💖 hang in there beautiful people xx

It sounds like you guys had a fake break up if you only were split for 3 weeks. Also, although you guys are reconciling, I don’t think coach lee would’ve advised to wish your ex a happy birthday. Shifts even more power to your ex.

Three months after my breakup my Ex came back after I went into no contact. And started dating again. I met a nice man and I liked him a lot. When my Ex called me I was polite but, I told him the truth. After that he came on real strong. He asked me to meet him for coffee.. I met my Ex and he looked like hell. He told me he wanted another chance. I told my Ex I was open to that but, I wanted to move slowly. He agreed and we are now taking our time enjoying each others company. Hang in 😁 take care no contact works.

Hi Coach after all the drama , heart break and the fall out. The betrayal of a best friend and his wife and my church paster. And after listening to the anxiety music you have posted. I've decided I'm not going to wait for her I'm going to live on persue my passions. I'm going to come through this stronger, healthier and more grounded. A better person for it. I loved her dearly but the way things went down. I'm not sure if a reconciliation is possible. Enya helped me.

Dumped after short relationship, did no contact for about a month, decided to reach out for advice. Arranged a phone call and it went pretty well, she reached out a couple of weeks later to see how I was getting on after her advice. She has also started liking my social media posts from my recent trip away and we have texted a little! Keeping it casual, will probably talk again in a few weeks, wish me luck, trying to build up to a meet! Coach Lee is right 100% . I lost my ex after breaking up due to poor Managment from me after my breakup. I didn’t give her the breakup I was begging and bleeding and this got her away of me miles. It’s now 9 years after breaking up. I know my mistakes now during the breaking up I was too weak man and I managed the breaking up time poorly that’s why I lost her completely. Been watching his Video for some time. I promise they bring me much comfort especially during my anxiety. You think about them all the time. Before you go to sleep and the first thing when you wake up. You hope for any sliver of hope. Been broke up since September 2nd. I had pleaded and almost begged her not to leave.I wanted to Marry this girl (Still do) I had to fall back... Too many ways she kept telling me she isn't there yet. She reaches out from time to time asks how I am or hows work. But anything about US she shuts down. I'm using NC and Radio silence now... I'm sure its gonna take some time for it to take its effects, but I'm hoping it brings her back because I miss her so much.

I’m hitting the 5th month mark of NC and imma be honest that’s there’s still rough days where I’m questioning what I did wrong. It was a short dating window but it hurt more than any other relationship I had. I think it was the fact that I’m in my 30s and that things were great until the last 2 weeks where it just fell apart really out of no where. The part that hurt the most was when he said we can be friends even when we had a whole discussion about how we were not looking for friends and how we found it irritating when people want to friend zone you. Oh well, not my first rodeo and life really does go on.

It's supposed to be our 3rd anniversary in 3 days. After almost 3 months of our breakup, I'm deciding to just fully let him go & let go of the hope we'll get back together. Something in me says it's never going to happen. It's just painful trying to cling on to that tiny flicker of hope so I choose to just move on. On our supposed anniv, I'll write a "closure letter" and burn it along with the everlasting rose he gave me.

I was wondering if at some point, you'd be able to make a video on exactly how to handle different dynamics between the dumper and dumpee after the ex starts to reach out more and what not. I know to use no contact, not ignore the ex, and to be reserved and stuff, but I'd be really interested in a dedicated video on how to handle certain situations after there is more contact happening. My ex has bantered with me multiple times now, trying to pull the "you never say hi to me anymore" card, and she has tried to ask me about like, everything thats been happening in my life but im not the one carrying the conversation. She's becoming warmer and opening up more to me, which is nice. I don't want to ignore her, but not sure what would be considered too much talking/too much intimacy shared.

Ex wife and I have been divorced for 20 years. We spent almost every day together from March-June and then it stopped, I was very upfront about what I wanted, her. She said she wanted to go slow because she “wasn’t there yet”. Anyhow she broke it off end of July saying she just wanted to be friends. I declined and told her I wasn’t interested in being just friends and to let me know if she changes her mind. That was 7/27, it’s 11/11…only contact was when she called me, I missed the call. She called my son and asked if I’d bring her daughter to cheer. I did, but really no conversation other than thank you. Not sure what to do…

@@CryThunderdarealone I absolutely forgot I commented on this video. The short of it, she came back. Coach Lee is absolutely correct, and no matter how counter intuitive it seems, no contact is the answer. The more difficult thing is, you may not have loved that person the way you thought you did, and certainly having the relationship snatched away is where most of the pain and desperation comes from. I couldn’t trust her the way I did, I didn’t love her the same. I always found myself second guessing her intentions and how long it would last. It ended once again, about 3 months ago, but this time, I didn’t want her back. I even went so far as to block her. At the end of the day, I was worse off with her than by myself, and I needed to heal from not only trauma of the relationship but things that would hinder my future relationships. No matter how much you love someone Danny, you’ve got to put yourself first, because no one else will. You will heal, don’t get me wrong, it’s hard, today may not have been great but tomorrow will be better. If it was meant to last, it wouldn’t have fallen apart so easily.

Hi Coach Lee, thanks for your top notch Clips, they helped me a lot, the best thing is, i loved her, but it turns out, she has now a new boyfriend half of my age, an entrepreneur owner of a construction company, so the no contact rule does not really work out, but thats okay, we are "friends" and i am over it, mostly! ;-)

Hey coach Lee, for about a month after the breakup I was doing the whole begging and pleading thing which now I know was the wrong thing but I never spewed anger and the last messages we had about a week ago I said it was probably best for us to take each other off social media and he agreed he didn’t want us to unintentionally hurt each other with our posts but expressed that it hurt his heart to do so but he understood. I told him he can reach out to me sometime and he said he would so I decided to go into no contact until he reaches out. I hope it was the right thing to do to take him off social media because it was only bothering both us seeing the other person. It’s a confusing process I wish I had seen your videos sooner.

I have watched all of your amazing videos, followed every steps and my ex finally came back after no contact. But he isnt trying to earn me back, he treats me casually. i expected him to make a lot more affort for me to feel safe and secure again but he said he already did his best. We're back together but it doesnt feel the same anymore. Idk if im the problem here...
My ex broke up with me about a month ago after a 14 month relationship. When it first happened (by text) I asked her a bunch of questions by text. I told her I wanted her back but never begged for her back. We had a brief phone call where we both cried. A week and a half later I broke no contact because I saw that she had unfriended me from all social media and it panicked me (this was all before I had seen any of your videos). I asked to meet her in person because she said she hadn't planned on breaking up by text and wanted to talk in person. She agreed. We met up and she said that she wanted to be friends but I said I didn't want that. She was crying while asking to be friends. She gave me some reasons why she wanted to break up which didn't make sense to me and after watching these videos I understand why they didn't make sense. I asked clarifying questions, but ultimately I said that I understood her and that she knew my position. She hugged me all the while crying and telling me that she had been in love with me. I walked away without looking back. It's been a week and a half of no contact. I'm hopeful, but I'm wondering if I messed up by contacting her for several days afterwards and asking her all those questions a week and a half later in person. We both cried during the initial phone call and I cried during the in person visit, but nothing overboard. A little sarcasm on my part but no anger or name-calling. I guess time will tell and either way I'm going to work on myself.

6 weeks no contact after a two month relationship and I’m kinda envying all these success stories of peoples exes coming back haha (can’t relate). It was my first relationship (not his) and after reflecting back and reading ‘get the guy’ by Matthew Hussey I’m starting to realise how little I knew and all the mistakes I made during the relationship. Not sure whether he’ll come back now or whether he’ll ever know what I’m truly capable of, but I’ll trust the process of no contact and allow the best outcome to reveal itself

Been in no contact for five monthes where the relationship lasted for four months. I swallowed the hard pill. He is never going to be come back but practicing no contact gave me a different sort of self esteem which I didnt have previously. If no contact doesn't work on your ex then it will do magic on you.
He and I have already broken up and he said he knows what it's like to lose me and doesn't want that, that I'm his better half, that after all the fighting it made him realise he wants to be with me forever. At the time of the breakup he told me to move on and not wait for him, he seemed so sure of his decision. 5 days later he reaches out to me and we want to work it out.
6 months later we still have problems, mostly me tbh, I'd get upset at small things etc and he breaks up with me again and says move on again. Two breakups. It's been over 2 months now since the breakup and mutual friends have said he's moved on. I don't think he's coming back again because he's already come back once and it's highly unlikely now or at all that he'll come back a second time but tbh I'm not ready now or anytime soon, I need to heal and work on myself
I broke up my fiancé of 2 years , the attraction fell because of his relapse , or relapses 4 to be exact , I tried to be the supportive fiancé, but every relapse ate at me , it took a piece of me , I am in love with him , but now I need to love myself , I lost myself helping him pick up the broken pieces , but it was the broken pieces to my heart every time , I know he loves me , but he loves his drug more than me, so I left , I miss him dearly , but this is one of those situations where if you stay you will be dragged down to hell with them , and I can’t go there , it breaks my heart

We had an amazing relationship. I gave him everything. It’s been 3 months. We’ve had good and bad contact. Nothing about our relationship besides fighting. He cheated on me and left me for that girl and he’s the happiest he’s ever been. He told me he couldn’t “get there” with me but he can get there with her. I recently reached out to talk because he had my mail and I took it too far by accidentally talking to him as my friend. He got frustrated and blocked me. Crazy when you think you know someone in and out, and they can leave you at the drop of a dime. But He wants to be “amicable”.
