I really appreciate your effort on putting an emphasis on inner work and being faithful to the new version of you. The definition of insanity is to repeat the same action and expect different results. If you broke up, and you want them back, either you want the same problems back (which will break you up again), or YOU were the problem. In either case, either you or they are better off NOT getting back together, and roping them back in is selfish and wrong. NEVER EVER get back together with an ex - move on, learn to cope, and accept your new reality.

I recently split from someone who walked away from me after 5 months as I'm avoidant in relationships...I then wrote her a heartfelt letter saying how I felt, and she rejected me again saying she didn't feel the same anymore. Wow your take on this is so healthy, it's so empowering. I actually last night broke it off with a guy I was seeing. It was hard, he had qualities I could see in my dream husband, but my nervous system, body and mind were telling me at the time that he's not the man right now for me. Just patterns, wanted to see his ex, didn't make me feel safe and at peace. I honoured myself, made the right decision, though a part of me wishes for him to come back and apologise and realise why I felt so hurt and unseen. I am going to give myself that instead.
Dang, I had a situation with my now ex gf but I didn’t have the strength to cut things off when she voiced weird longing for her ex. She had made me feel so secure with everything else that I thought she’d get over it being with me. But for now she needs to be single to make her own (long story) choices. It hurts like hell but I know I need to just focus on myself now.
I love this message, thank you! Last year I manifested SP to fall in love with me. He did, and he said his feelins scared him so he pulled out of my life. I realize I was manifesting him to love me out of a sense of my insecurity. We've just started getting together again, and because when he was gone I detached and worked on myself, I'm feeling confident and strong, putting out positive vibes. I'm now manifesting a more defined outcome -- that we're a committed couple in love, sharing a life. It's a beautiful feeling to let go and rest in the assurance that it's done.

Im doing the spiritual work and I know God is pleased with me. I'm not concerned with any 3rd party because this is about a once in a lifetime connection we shared that CANNOT and IS NOT one sided. Our hearts were joined on a level that's even hard to articulate. I am not concerned with whats going on in the background. That information belongs to God. What’s your view in manifesting as in ‘it’s already happened, I.e. we’re already back together, we’re in constant contact etc etc’ how the Neville community would teach it, or manifesting it as ‘they miss me, they still love me, they want us to start over, they can’t live without me’ etc as though it ‘hasn’t already happened, but obviously thinking this way would anticipate the outcome of being together

Before I watch this, if you broke up maybe it’s what should have happened in the first place, watching a step by step tutorial for a relationship to return is a crazy concept. Her advice is good but just grow to be a better version of yourself for the next person! Don’t be obsessive over this one person that you drive yourself to insanity thinking you can’t be with anyone else. Everything takes time.
Today which is Christmas Day, 2023, I was sure my person, who is in no contact with me, would at least text “Merry Christmas. “ Instead I manifested text messages from 2 other exes. My heart aches and I am feeling angry that I was not enough in his eyes.

I became a better version of myself. Changed my job from being a waiter to a career path in recruitment business. My physique changed a lot - I have got a well body built. I did teeth implants so I am not scared of smiling when I feel to. I have done multiple courses connected to my bushcraft passion. I see people as individuals rather than genders or races. My sense of humour became accepted by the other people. I have great contact with all my family members. I finished my therapy, understanding how my childhoods trauma was limiting me. Why she still keeps ignoring me after 4 years. I know we are right for each other, now, after past me doesn’t exist. Any guidance there?

It takes as long as it takes but I know for me it was years of starting and stopping and then going all in. Remembering we are on a journey of healing and always learning and growing….the more you do the work the quicker you feel the shift within and experience your outer reality from this new identity. Your true self. Remembering it’s a way of life not just a few weeks. It is a daily practice of growing and learning….trust is key here too xx
The universe brings people into and out of your life to teach you something. I've learned so much about myself via my recent relationship, which ended in October of 2022. Instead of trying to manifest someone back into your life, spend time and reflect on how you could have been better, learn to set personal boundaries, etc. Remember, you are not your thoughts or past. Been doing most of this for months im happy work on myself im manifesting i see signs.. less now but still see some but no movement the latest from my sp was very negative yes i know i shouldnt look at that or talk about it.. would be nice a big sign to really show me that we belong togheter...some days im not sure what to think even tho im very positive

What happens if no contact and working on yourself makes your ex reach out to you to say "Hope you're doing alright" (after they ended things), but she is still not taking responsibility for the pain caused or making the effort to reconcile/rebuild the relationship? I don't believe in ignoring the person or sweeping things under the rug and pretending like everything is ok.

I am 71 years old and I broke up with my ex girlfriend 70 years old. Back in May 2023. I have been on dumpers remorse all eight months regretting everything. I have tried all kind of things to get her back. But she’s not coming back, she is seeing a guy who is working on remodeling her basement. Pretty convenient. I have tried manifesting many many times. Nothing happens.

Im doing the spiritual work and I know God is pleased with me. I'm not concerned with any 3rd party because this is about a once in a lifetime connection we shared that CANNOT and IS NOT one sided. Our hearts were joined on a level that's even hard to articulate. I am not concerned with whats going on in the background. That information belongs to God. I accept my role to continue healing, living, laughing, loving, building, being, I am doing this right and there is no timeline. A love this deep cannot be bound by space, time, restriction, phases, or earthly understanding. What’s your view in manifesting as in ‘it’s already happened, I.e. we’re already back together, we’re in constant contact etc etc’ how the Neville community would teach it, or manifesting it as ‘they miss me, they still love me, they want us to start over, they can’t live without me’ etc as though it ‘hasn’t already happened, but obviously thinking this way would anticipate the outcome of being together

I would love a video on how to keep him when I manifested him back. That’s very important to be ready for it.
Before I watch this, if you broke up maybe it’s what should have happened in the first place, watching a step by step tutorial for a relationship to return is a crazy concept. Her advice is good but just grow to be a better version of yourself for the next person! Don’t be obsessive over this one person that you drive yourself to insanity thinking you can’t be with anyone else. Everything takes time.

Today which is Christmas Day, 2023, I was sure my person, who is in no contact with me, would at least text “Merry Christmas. “ Instead I manifested text messages from 2 other exes. My heart aches and I am feeling angry that I was not enough in his eyes.

I became a better version of myself. Changed my job from being a waiter to a career path in recruitment business. My physique changed a lot - I have got a well body built. I did teeth implants so I am not scared of smiling when I feel to. I have done multiple courses connected to my bushcraft passion. I see people as individuals rather than genders or races. My sense of humour became accepted by the other people. I have great contact with all my family members. I finished my therapy, understanding how my childhoods trauma was limiting me. Why she still keeps ignoring me after 4 years. I know we are right for each other, now, after past me doesn’t exist. Any guidance there?

It takes as long as it takes but I know for me it was years of starting and stopping and then going all in. Remembering we are on a journey of healing and always learning and growing….the more you do the work the quicker you feel the shift within and experience your outer reality from this new identity. Your true self. Remembering it’s a way of life not just a few weeks. It is a daily practice of growing and learning….trust is key here too xx
The universe brings people into and out of your life to teach you something. I've learned so much about myself via my recent relationship, which ended in October of 2022. Instead of trying to manifest someone back into your life, spend time and reflect on how you could have been better, learn to set personal boundaries, etc. Remember, you are not your thoughts or past. Been doing most of this for months im happy work on myself im manifesting i see signs.. less now but still see some but no movement the latest from my sp was very negative yes i know i shouldnt look at that or talk about it.. would be nice a big sign to really show me that we belong togheter...some days im not sure what to think even tho im very positive

He had a lot of good things to say to me in a letter. And what’s weird is why we’re still friends on Facebook but we don’t talk.

What happens if no contact and working on yourself makes your ex reach out to you to say "Hope you're doing alright" (after they ended things), but she is still not taking responsibility for the pain caused or making the effort to reconcile/rebuild the relationship? I don't believe in ignoring the person or sweeping things under the rug and pretending like everything is ok.
if she is reaching out that is a good sign but dont expect them to admit guilt,also they might be trying to start over with a clean slate,,you also could be dating a narcissist lol

I am 71 years old and I broke up with my ex girlfriend 70 years old. Back in May 2023. I have been on dumpers remorse all eight months regretting everything. I have tried all kind of things to get her back. But she’s not coming back, she is seeing a guy who is working on remodeling her basement. Pretty convenient. I have tried manifesting many many times. Nothing happens.
