super stoked on the vids! i have a 83 gt-s RA65 ive been looking for a channel like this because the forums are super confusing and dont like newcomers. really hoping in future vids you do stuff like suspension or coilover mods theres little to no info on it and whatever info there is isnt very clear! excited for what is to come :) subbing and belling for sure

I have a 83 GTS coup notce back RA64.... I drive it at least 3 days a week.
I have a gen one 79 celica supra solid rear axle with disc brakes and a lsd
How do you know the tick isn't valve lash? Usually the chain slaps.
I checked all the valves and the timing chain out already, and the valves were good thankfully, but the chain had immense slack in it. I used poor word choice referring to it as s tick because that would indicate the valves, but I know for sure its the chain
I had a 1983 Supra and the rod bearings went bad, I wish I had gotten the GTS like yours with the 22R engine much better engine than the Supra !!!!!
