It's made of them all, it's a lot different when you're on a foreign world then when you're on foreign soil, many times after the battle any that managed to get away from the army alive would either be killed by the humans left to protect the world or if the battle was lost what ever they were fighting.

I'm surprised you guys haven't done a video on the Blood Ravens. Sure there's a ton of lore about them in the games and such, but I'd love to see a video with their lore put into the nice organized way you guys do it.

Actually in most cases psychopaths are greatly sought after for military use in most major militaries. Psychopathy is a good sign that a soldier will be able to handle battlefield stress for years and no "burn out" like most people eventually will.
Psychopaths, perhaps. They do handle themselves more, but not all psychopaths are self-restrained to military use only and often act as problem children of the military due to not having the sense of empathetic obligation to follow some of the more moral rules. Those are often low functioning psychopaths and there are more of them out there than the high-functioning one. My point is the military must be stupid to actively seek them.
It is entirely true that psychopaths might not have the right stuff to make a good "rule follower" however the military does seek out these people because they tend to make careers out of the military. Most normal people will get battle fatigue from being in combat over the years, however psychopaths don't follow these trends. Even a low functioning psychopath can be molded into a military grunt... if not dishonorable discharged first.

These guys may not be the best CZcams channel for 40k but you know what, they clearly and consistently put in the effort to improve so I'm sure OMS will be a headliner before long! If nothing else I respect their drive to make quality content tailored to their fan base.

A Vid on the Penal Legions and no mention of the most famous of them the XIII Penal Legion also Known as Schaffer's Last Chancers...............one of the only ones to have ever been given there own rules in system (they took the meaning of long shot to a whole new level when you only got 12 guys regardless of the size of the game you where playing)
But savlarians isn't a penal legion, it's regular planetary regiments, which recruts thugs from locals. You should read original GW story "Defixio", it's about chem-dogs and there are mentioned that not every savlar guardsmen is prisoner or even miner.

These are more similar to the terran marines in starctaft. The terran marines begin float in this tank were theyr thoughts are changed to the experience of milletarry training. And then they get the suit and ready to battle. Very fast training. And they even have steam pack wich gives them aditional adrenalin for a short time.
But there whas much lore here and many different penal units.

That would be hard one because orks have no set vehicle designs at all in lore they are just named that for the tabletop unit coherency purposes.

update already started making an infantry squad of prisoners with lasguns using a lot of deformed heads I didn't use from my various fantasy & 40k chaos boxes & WoC boxes.. deformed some catachans myself by mutilating the models faces and putting lighter to them- he looks like sloth from the goonies XD and using alotta chaos stuff.. arms, mandables, mutations ect.. need ideas for vehicles and a general XD

Was reading some where that can get put into a penal for next to nothing, something as simple as an over due book could get you thrown into a penal legion,. am sure that kind of strictness is only among certain planets.
