    A grass sweeper is the only way to go. I had a bagger type mounted on my mower and it would always glogg up in the tube. I just have the common bag type sweeper and it works great. Works great for leaves too.

  • @tractortalkwithgary1271

    That lawn sweeper looks like a miniature round baler. Very similar. It does a pretty impressive job, I must say. I have a power vac by Brindle. It attaches to the mower deck of my John Deere GX335 and hose runs back into the front of the hopper near the top. It works quite well, but you need to make mostly right turns with it. It is a model that has been discontinued and parts are no longer available for it. My 94 year old Dad had it. I don't know how on Earth that he was able to get it started because it starts under load. It takes a great deal of commitment on the operators part to pull the starter rope.
    thanks for sharing Joseph. Got one of your stickers mounted this morning and should have a video coming out here shortly. Full watch and a thumbs up. See you for the next one.

    I`m surprised that the sweeper does such a great job....If you had mulching blades when you cut the grass you could cut and sweep at the same time. when you open the sweeper I was expecting to see a small bale like the bales that come out of a small baler all tied with string.....never seen a sweeper like that around here.....CHEERS

    • @GardenTractorBoy
      @GardenTractorBoy  Před 2 lety

      It is a fantastic machine which I believe was made in America. Our grass grows really fast this time of year and it too much for mulching blades although we could have cut and collected with one tractor. It would be really cool if a tied bale came out of the machine. Take care
