Thanks for the video. I think you need to zoom in on the screen when using the drop down menu or typing digits. I was using a laptop and could barely see some of the things you were doing, coz everything is so tiny.

Neat video. Only suggestion would be that you take the time to explain specifically what the adjustments you're making do, even if you have to pause the video (but continue the audio) to have the time to do so. When I learn from tutorials like this, I like to understand the underlying mechanics of how this was made in case I want to modify them going forward. I can't imagine I'm the only one that feels this way.

Love it, thank you! I have a question: How would you set it up if you wanted the flames to be outlines not solids?
Thanks. I would play with masks. I would duplicate your fire animation. Make sure all fire layers in a precomp. Than use the duplicate as an alpha matte. It wont be 100% good but this is the first thing i would try. Good luck!

good tutorial ty, but when you say for exemple "we are going to duplicate", you should also tell us what command we should press or where we should clic to do so, it would be helpfull for beeginers like me :D

Why do my animation not loop smoothly as yours ? it dont make a smooth transition when it replays the animation.. Plz answer. By the way, nice turtorial dude :)
It is hard to answer without seeing your project file. Try to preview the animation in different length.
Try to make the fire again from scratch that can help too you might missed a step.

@@muffd5444 you can create the same effect in AE as well. Using a shape layer and mask with a feather at the bottom.
