I just can't get my head around why Condos in PI are so much more expensive (and usually much smaller) than Thailand. This unit is bigger than most of the condos I see listed, but my preference is to be 'in' IT or Business Park. Good luck with the sale John. Nice vid Mike and Janet. Nice unit--I like it. That stove looks like it's gas, which would be surprising having that in a condo. I also saw a safe, another item that one doesn't see in condos or apartments.
