Great camera work Janet. the wide angle and stable views made it easy to see all the spaces from ceiling to floors. The walk to the beach helpful too. Alma did a good job w water pressure and walk arounds.

Thats a great spot for anyone wanting to be close to water. 35k may seem pricey to some but look at what you get especially if you're a homebody who loves the water. Great Job showing the property.

I have a question if u was planning to move there and u have bout 3 months before u be there and u speaking to a realtor about a property thru what'sapp and they ask for a cash deposit to reserve the place is that not a red flag.????? Yes and no. If you want to hold a place for 3 months you will be asked for a deposit to hold it for you.
How about water? When I was stationed in the Philippines with the US Navy we had to boil the water and you couldn't drink the water coming from the pipes otherwise you'd get sick. Is that the case there in the province?

It's a beautiful house and because of its location on the beach I think the price is right. However, my ex-wife always told me not to live on the beach because there would be a danger of tsunami. I wonder what's your take on that!

@@DumagueteRentals we have a thousand sq metres of land,to simply things it's all in my wife's name, it's not big but keeping it small means we don't have to hire anybody to look after it,if your skilled in building you had best do it yourself, unfortunately I am not so we have had mixed results with homegrown builders, but eventually found one who really does a decent job.
