Nice amenities! New build is always a bonus. The price is the same as we've been paying for our little 2 bedroom condo in Metro Manila, but this duplex is much bigger, even if it's a 1 bedroom.

Great house tour Janet! I really like this place. It's in a cool location (Valencia) and the unit is partitioned well. I like all the cabinet space and large stone counter top with gas stove & oven (great to have for cooking/baking) & a large table so plenty of room for food prep. The extra CR is a plus as well as the dirty kitchen. If I was there I'd consider it and I like the price too. Question: how do you turn on/off the A/C in the bedroom? It looks like it would be hard to reach with the storage unit being in the way.

Josie and I have been there twice on our little week long vacations.. she's in Cavite and I'm back in the states for two more last yrs piling up more cash working so she n I can buy our suv and build our next 2 houses for cash outright..but I've told her before I'd love to live in Valencia

That’s a nice unit, Mike and Janet. How close is it to a major “private” hospital, good grocery stores, access to cabs/Uber type transportation, and a mall? Thx for sharing.
no cabs or Uber here in Dumaguete. 25 minutes to Silliman Hospital 10 minutes to Valencia Medical Center. Hyper mart mart 15 minutes and Robinson Mall 20 minutes

What is the point of spikes on fence but fence pillars are flat top and fence is horizontal slats making a perfect ladder. 😂😂 Janet did fine for first time. Will improve with practice as she is a bright lady. Look forward to more. Be there mid Aug to mid Oct with my girlfriend to look around. Maybe we will meet at Ground Zero.

I do not know but Paul old dog and my self both use the internet for uploading and down loading with out much of a problem

Horrible design for a living space! Kitchen is a hallway. Refrigerator and stove on opposite ends and a toilet in the middle. If you have two people or more you will constantly be bumping into each other. Other than that it’s priced right.
