I have the same curl bar and I love it. Been using it for a year now.
I have that bar as well. Love it! I even do my chest press and close grip tricep press, upright rows, etc with it, similar to X3 movements but with this bar.
Thanks for useful information you add to our experience in home workouts. What do you think about tube bands?
Link works. Am in USA. I wrote that company. They don't have any steps with a channel for the band. I am going to try a 1\4 " steel plate next workout. I also wrote Clench. They sometimes have blemished foot plates for a good $aving.

What's the update after using it for some time?
